Im Bukett ein rebsortentypischer, sehr aromatischer Duft von schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Brombeeren, im Geschmack sehr elegant und würzig, weich und lang anhaltend im Abgang. Passt zu: Lammfleisch mit Noten von Rosmarin an feinwürziger, kräftiger Sosse, Rosmarinkartoffeln und Rataouille von Auberginen und Zucchini.

Das warme Klima und die Nähe zum Meer machen aus diesem Primitivo einen harmonischen, vollen und samtigen Wein mit intensivem Duft, dunkles Rubinrot mit violetten Tönen. Passt zu: allen würzigen, leicht pikanten, mediterranen Gerichten, wie auch zu Pasta Gerichten, Pizza, gegrillten dunklen Fleisch, reifen Käse.

As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Unfortunately, dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted in the visitor centre or distillery. Minimum drinking age 18 years.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note some walking is required on the tour including some uneven surfaces and stairs (Full accessibility statement available).
