Además de las distintas actividades que ofrecemos sin descanso, ponemos a disposición de nuestros visitantes una serie de servicios para que la visita sea de lo más completa.
Jungle Bus: de forma completamente gratuita, el Jungle Bus traslada al visitante desde una zona cercana al Show de Leones Marinos hasta el Jardín Botánico con la superficie más extensa de Canarias. Frequencia: 10 minutos.
Tiendas: disponemos de dos tiendas, abiertas los 365 días del año de 10:00 de la mañana a 18:00 de la tarde, donde podrás adquirir todo tipo de regalos y objetos agradables que inmortalicen tu visita y dejen un recuerdo para siempre entre tus seres más queridos.
Alquiler de Scooter: date una vuelta con una de nuestras motos eléctricas por el parque o cualquier lugar del Jardín Botánico que desees conocer. Muy recomendable en caso de tener problemas de movilidad.
Foto con Animales: desde el inicio del trayecto, en alguna de nuestras instalaciones o al lado de tu favorito, el parque pone a tu disposición a uno de nuestros fotógrafos profesionales, quienes sabrán exprimir el jugo de una escena memorable. No olvides recoger tus fotografías en la tienda Oasis Shop, abierta hasta las 18:00 horas de lunes a domingo.
Bolsita de Comida: podrás adquirir cada dieta en los distintos stands, en las taquillas del parque o en la misma entrada, donde el equipo te espera con una bolsita. preparada para que no pierdas tiempo en seleccionar la comida de cada uno. Todas las bolsas llevan una etiqueta donde indicamos las normas y el tipo de dieta de nuestros animales.
Restaurantes: podrá elegir entre el restaurante Sea Lion, el restaurante Oasis y el restaurante El Patio Majorero.

Two new attractions
The "Eurosat Cancan Coaster" is a dark-ride coaster taking us through an illuminated Paris night. Entrance and waiting Area a a reconstruction of the legendary Paris „Moulin Rouge“.
And the new virtual-reality-adventure „Eurosat Coastiality“, an outer space adventure, designed with Luc Bessons, following his famous movie "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets“.
The dream of flying becomes reality, in Europe’s biggest flying theater Voletarum. In seven chairlift-style flying machines you will glide through the air in a spectacular fashion.
The screens are more than 400 square meter big, with a diameter of 21 meters. Be prepared to experience sensational visuals of Europe’s most beloved landscapes and metropolises.
The new attraction Voletarum is very popular which may produce long waiting lines, but not for you: Go to the Voletarum, present your 365-ticket and you will get a time slot ticket. With this ticket you can skip the line.
Europa-Park as a vast Winter Wonderland
Thick snow flakes drift through the air, aromas of baking cookies waft past the nose, and thousands of fairy lights light the way. Europa-Park has spruced up for winter and is awaiting its visitors. From 24 November 2018 until 6 January 2019 (closed 24/25 December), Germany's largest leisure park is becoming a huge, fascinating winter wonderland. Whether muffled up grumpily against the cold or red-cheeked and flinging snowballs, all visitors will be enchanted by the many breath-taking attractions and the top-class show programme.

JORVIK Viking Centre
Take hold of the past and explore the excavations which first unearthed the Viking-age city in our brand new exhibitions.
As you travel around Viking-Age Jorvik aboard our state of the art ride experience - which now includes commentary in sixteen languages, from all major Scandinavian dialects to Mandarin Chinese – you will encounter Old Norse speaking citizens on the streets of the city and in their homes. Discover the Arabic trader bringing his wares to trade, and the Viking storyteller recounting the apocalyptic Ragnarok myth.
At the end of an unforgettable journey, visitors disembark to the JORVIK galleries where they can see some of the fascinating Viking artefacts. Cutting edge displays help you to investigate all of the information gathered from the 5-year-long dig at Coppergate and piece together the jigsaw of where the Vikings came from, why they came here, how they lived and died, and where they travelled to.
At JORVIK Viking Centre you are standing on the site of one of the most famous and astounding discoveries of modern archaeology. Between the years 1976-81, archaeologists from York Archaeological Trust revealed the houses, workshops and backyards of the Viking-Age city of Jorvik, as it stood 1,000 years ago.

Please note: The River Ouse in York can occasionally rise to levels that can have an impact on this cruise's daily operations after periods of heavy rainfall in the catchment area upstream. The local operators will always attempt to sail for as long as it is safe to do so. There can come a point where their smallest boat can no longer fit underneath the bridges. Depending on the height of the river, they may not be able to sail at all. In this instance, you will either be eligible for a full refund or your ticket(s) will happily accepted on another date during your stay if sailing is possible.
