Am Gaumen ist der Wein wunderbar frisch, vollmundig und saftig. Mineralische Töne, perfekt ausbalanciert mit der reifer Frucht und lebendiger Säure. Die Textur ist cremig, sehr harmonisch mit feiner Würze im langen Nachhall. Passt zu Passt zu: gebratenen Fischgerichten, z.B. gebratenem Steinbutt mit Trüffelrisotto sowie zu hellem Geflügel.
