This suit is built to accept the Tech-Air® Race Airbag System. The vest, purchased separately, installs easily and does not require any external sensors to operate. Should it detect a crash, it will deploy a protective airbag, providing unrivaled protection to the rider’s full back, shoulders, kidney area and chest. The garment is designed with stretch gussets on the arm and sleeves to accommodate the jacket’s inflated volume without compromising seam strength or material integrity. The jacket’s ergonomic design means that it can be worn without the airbag system for a versatile, personalized fit. LED display on sleeve indicating airbag’s operational status, while internal housing located in the built-in certified back protector accommodates the system vest’s ECU. Serienmäßig mit Luftfederung an der Hinterachse ausgestattet, fand die Langversion des BMW 7er E65 schnell viele Freunde. Wir bieten unser Kompressor-Ventil für das Luftfahrwerk des edlen BMWs an. Das fabrikneue, einbaufertige Ersatzteil in Erstausrüsterqualität kann in allen 7er-Modellen E66 der Baujahre 2001 bis 2008 montiert werden. Sie finden das Kompressor-Ventil im Kofferraum in der Ersatzradmulde auf dem Kompressor. Warum benötigen wir ein Kompressor-Ventil? Das Kompressor-Ventil ist ein elektrisches Doppel-Magnetventil. Im Luftfahrwerk nimmt es die wichtige Aufgabe ein, Druckluft an die Luftfedern der Hinterachse zu verteilen. Diese wurde vor der Verteilung vom Luftfederungskompressor erzeugt. Luft wurde angesaugt, verdichtet, getrocknet und danach an das Doppelventil weitergeleitet. Über Sensoren wird nun gesteuert, welche Luftfeder Druckluft zu bekommen hat, um das Fahrzeug zu federn und um die Fahrzeughöhe konstant zu halten. Die Funktion der Niveauregelung schafft Fahrzeugstabilität, da das Fahrzeugniveau immer konstant gleich gehalten wird, egal, ob Sie heftig zugeladen haben, einen Anhänger mitführen oder sich auf kurvenreichen Straßen mit hoher Seitenneigung befinden. Der Zahn der Zeit nagt am Material Die elektrischen Magnetventile des Kompressor-Ventils leisten über die Jahre Tausende Öffnungs- und Schließungsvorgänge. Dies fordert Tribut und lässt die Magnetventile allmählich ermüden. Daneben sorgen Defekte anderer Baugruppen der Luftfederung für Schäden am Kompressor-Ventil. Funktioniert die Lufttrocknereinheit des Kompressors nicht mehr, dann wird die angesaugte Außenluft nicht mehr ausreichend entfeuchtet. Gelangt diese feuchte Luft nun an die elektrischen Magnetventile dauert es nicht lange, bis diese kaputtgehen. Aufbau des AEROSUS Kompressor-Ventils Insgesamt verfügt das Doppelventil über 3 Druckluftanschlüsse, die alle einen Durchmesser von 4 mm aufweisen. Bei einem der Anschlüsse handelt es sich um den Drucklufteingang. Über diesen empfängt das Doppelventil die Druckluft, die im Kompressor erzeugt wurde. Die beiden Ausgangsanschlüsse sind farblich gekennzeichnet, damit sie nicht verwechselt werden können. Der rote Anschluss versorgt die linke Luftfeder, der blaue Anschluss führt Druckluft zur rechten Luftfeder. Wird das elektrische Magnetventil nun unter Strom gesetzt, öffnet es sich und lässt eine exakte Menge an Druckluft hindurch. Wird die Stromzufuhr sensorgesteuert unterbrochen, schließt das Ventil und die Druckluft kann nicht mehr hindurch.
