Languages Living History Audio Guide at Beatles Story Albert Dock has been compiled and is narrated by John Lennon's sister Julia and is complimentary. Ten languages: Brazilian Portuguese (new), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin (new) Polish, Russian and Spanish. We also have a family audio guide in English.   Accessibility Parking – Albert Dock has a number of car parks on site and has in total eight accessible car parking bays, with three available in car park A, near to the estate’s main entrance and five in car park B opposite The Beatles Story and Premier Inn hotel. Wheelchairs – The exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible. Due to fire evacuation procedures, we can only admit three wheelchairs on site at any one time. We have a standard wheelchair available which can either be booked in advance by telephoning +44 (0) 151 709 1963 or borrowed on the day by asking a member of staff at the main entrance (subject to availability on the day). Lifts – We have two accessible lifts: One situated at our main entrance (accompanied with audio announcements) and one located in our Fab4 Store going down to the Fab4 Cafe. Toilets – Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available within the exhibition and also in the Fab4 Cafe area. Please see a member of staff for assistance. Induction Loops – Induction loops are available to use with our audio guides. Please see a member of staff when picking up your audio guide. Large Print Gallery Books – We have large print transcripts available in all 10 languages offered on our audio guide, which are available at our Admissions desk. Please ask a member of staff for more details. Guide Dogs – Guide dogs are welcome. Sign Language – Should you require sign language assistance, please contact us on +44 (0) 151 709 1963 and we will check staff availability to ensure that help is on hand during your day of visit. Cloakroom – Our cloakroom allows guests to store coats, prams/buggies and suitcases. Fab4 Cafe – The Fab4 Cafe is located on basement level and is accessible via the exhibition and our Fab4 Store. The Fab4 Cafe is partially self-served – however, assistance is available if required. 

The museum features a series of fascinating exhibits dedicated to themes such as climate change and human DNA. There is also a children’s area that studies aspects about natural habitats, pollution and outer space. The section on ‘magical chemistry’ is well worth checking out while there is an entire level devoted to great scientists. Sports fans will love the section devoted to the city’s most successful football club, Valencia CF, and the Marvel superheroes exhibit attracts young and old in equal measure.  There are three levels of facts and fun, with each floor taking you to a new scientific dimension. On the ground floor, discover the Theatre of Electricity and the Space Cadet School, which the children will love. On level two, explore the Legacy of Science, which takes an in depth look at the work of Nobel laureates. At the top floor, there are special optional workshops as well as the Frozen Memory and Zero Gravity zones.  You will also find special exhibitions focusing on specific scientific themes while there are also a number of activities such as concerts, audiovisual shows and even cookery workshops. There is so much to see and do that you will be dazzled by this awesome experience.

Tour Stops: With 38 tour stops across the 7 routes offered, there’s plenty to explore! Passengers can hop-on and hop-off at any of the tour stops during the time-period covered by their chosen ticket. Some of the many notable tour stops include: 1 - Dubai Mall 2 - Etihad Museum 3 - Jumeirah Mosque 4 - La Mer Beach 5 - Mercato Mall 6 - Public Beach Umm Suqeim 7 - Burj Al Arab 8 - Souk Madinat Jumeirah 9 - Dubai Police Academy Museum 10 - Mall of the Emirates ​ Upon arrival, you will receive a map with a full list of the tour stops covered across each route. If you’d prefer, stay on the tour for a full loop: Loops vary between 1hr 30 minutes to 2hr 40 minutes. Additional Information: • Green Route is available to cruise passengers only. • Vouchers must be printed to be exchanged for a City Sightseeing bus ticket in location. • The audio commentary is available in the following languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Hindi, Turkish, Farsi, Arabic • Buses are wheelchair accessible.
