No. Passes include admission to each attraction; no need to pay anything at the gate. Some attractions may offer upgrades or special exhibits for an additional fee. Do I need to choose my attractions in advance? Nope, choose as you go. The pass is good for any combination of the number of attractions you purchased. My child is under 3 years old. Can I get them a San Francisco Explorer Pass? Child Passes are recommended for children ages 3-12. Many attractions offer free admission for younger children. Please consult the attraction websites for more details. How will I get my pass? When your order is complete you will receive an email with printable and Smartphone version of your pass. There is nothing to Redeem, you can go right to first attraction you want to visit and start using your card immediately. How do I activate my pass? Easy: simply visit your first attraction! Is the pass valid all day? You bet! Feel free to visit the attractions any time of the day as long as they are open or operating. How much will I save? Compare the price of the pass to the gate prices of the attractions you want to visit to see how much you can save. Many customers save 50%. We give you the flexibility to create your own itinerary and choose the attractions you want to visit depending on your interests. Can I visit an attraction more than once? No. Your pass includes only one visit per attraction. Does a San Francisco Explorer Pass expire? Yes. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire. Do I need to make reservations to visit the attractions? Attractions that require a reservation will display a symbol on the guidebook page.  Some attractions require a credit card to hold a reservation. In these cases, your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your reservation. Can I use my San Francisco Explorer Pass to ride the cable cars? Your San Francisco Explorer Pass may be used for a 1-day Muni Visitor Passport, which includes a full day of unlimited rides on the cable cars, muni trains, and muni buses. However, be sure to pick up your passport prior to boarding. There are two locations to do this — one in Fisherman's Wharf and one in Union Square. Both are just a short walk from the cable car boarding locations. Can I use my San Francisco Explorer Pass® to visit Alcatraz Island? No. The Escape from the Rock Cruise option does not include a visit to Alcatraz Island but does circle the island and include a narrated account of the most feared institution in the American penal system. What’s the catch? There’s no catch. San Francisco Explorer Pass has a partnership with all of the participating attractions to make your visit to San Francisco as memorable as possible and to help you save time and money. Can I share my pass with a friend or sell it? No. The San Francisco Explorer Pass is non-transferrable and may not be re-sold. What happens if an attraction is closed or a tour is cancelled due to weather or other problem? While we do our best to ensure that all attractions are available, events happen that are out of our control. The great thing about a San Francisco Explorer Pass is that there are so many attractions to choose from. If an attraction is closed, or cannot be visited for some reason, we know you'll find a fun alternative in your guidebook!

​ Le Trésor de Noa (Noa’s Treasure): the new show for children and adults The Marine City welcomes you, for an unforgettable discovery as you marvel in the experience of witnessing the dolphins as they perform daily shows!.  Le trésor de Noa (Noa’s Treasure)  is a tale that makes a fun way to discover all aspects of the dolphins themselves (their anatomy, their behavior, how to hunt, its group life ...). Spins, jumps and special effects are used to illustrate the story of a young explorer Noa. Observe their play sessions at certain times of the day. Extend the meeting in a submarine gallery which is 100m long, which provides an awe inspiring view of the dolphins underwater. Extend the adventure route through the Jungle Bridge: Perched at a height of 6m on a bridge 250m long, as you go in search of a tribe of macaque monkeys cohabiting with Vietnamese pigs .. Finally, discover the new Bush Path: This African walk known as the "Wild Planet" allows you to observe typical and iconic animals (meerkats, hornbills, cranes, ibises, dik-dik ...) in large areas as you cross over the wooden bridge.  The tour continues with a visit into the African Village, enjoy its percussion hut storytellers (in summer), the gardens and pets as well the reptile houses available for you to see. You will leave this continent to join the beautiful island of Madagascar to observe lemurs roaming freely around visitors. 1) We decided that we want to do the bike tour. How long in advance we should make a reservation? A) In order to secure your spot on the bike tour, we recommend making a reservation at least couple of days in advance (a week or more during the summer season). Don’t worry, you can always cancel, postpone, or reschedule your tour if there is a change in plan.   2) We booked our bike tour but the forecast shows rain for that day. What should we do? A) We are extremely flexible with all of our tours. If you have an availability to take the tour on another day, we will reschedule it, and if not we will issue a 100% refund (yes FULL refund). Unlike other companies, we do not charge cancelation fees, services taxes or any other fees, as long as you inform us at least a 24 hours prior to the tour. 3) We have just completed our reservation and paid for the tour. Where are we going to start the tour from? A) The bicycle tour will start from our bike store which is located 110 South St (One block from the South Street Seaport) New York, NY 10038.   4) I know how to ride a bike but I haven’t been on one for so long. Do you think I will be able to do it? A) No worries, the tour moves at a steady pace; this is not a race but a relaxing and enjoyable way to see the bridge. There will also be multiple stops during the tour to catch your breath.   5) Where are we going to finish the tour? Can we finish at a different location? A) All tours start and finish from the same spot. Unfortunately, we cannot finish the tour at a different location because you have to leave the bicycles at our store.   6) We know that we will like the tour and we want to do some biking after the tour. How can we arrange that? A) Visit our Bike Rental page to reserve your bikes so you can explore the city on your own. You can also talk with your tour guide after the tour and he will arrange for your wishes.   7) What kind of bicycles we will ride on the tour? A) All of our bikes are well-maintained and they are in excellent condition. For the tour, you will be riding a Biria series bike.
