Beide sind aus sehr stabilem Blech gefertigt und machen schon beim ersten Hinsehen einen sehr soliden Eindruck. Der \"SlimPAR\" kann im Standalone, Sound, Master/Slave oder DMX Modus betrieben werden. Die Hochleistung LED?s brauchen natürlich eine Abkühlung Die Scheinwerfer sind deshalb mit einem temperaturgeregelten Low Noise Lüfter ausgestattet dessen Drehzahl abhängig von der erzeugten Wärme (Helligkeit) ist. In Sachen Geräuschentwicklung fällt sofort auf, dass die Scheinwerfer angenehm leise sind. Es ist jeweils nur ein ganz, ganz leises Sirren zu vernehmen, das auch nach längerer Einsatzzeit nicht lauter wird. Die Besonderheit sind aber die Farben. Hier kommen, wie schon erwähnt, sechsfarbige Leuchtdioden zum Einsatz. Hierzu muss man wissen, dass die Ur-Farbmischung auf den Farben Rot, Grün und Blau basiert, aus denen man bekanntlich - zumindest theoretisch - alle weiteren Farben zusammenmischen kann. Speziell bei weißen und pastellfarbenen Tönungen tut sich bei der LED-Farbmischung aus lediglich den drei RGB-Urfarben doch eine sichtbare Lücke auf, sodass zusätzliche weiße und bernsteinfarbene LEDs hier definitiv eine Verbesserung bei der Mischung dieser genannten Farben bewirken. UV-Licht liegt bisher eigentlich außerhalb des Mischbereichs herkömmlicher LEDs. Daher ist es auch sinnvoll diese als Extrafarbe anzubieten, da nur so der bekannte Schwarzlichteffekt erzeugt werden kann. Zudem eignet sich Schwarzlicht toll, um eine Bühne, die gerade nicht bespielt wird, mit einer Pausenstimmung zu illuminieren. Überraschend ist, dass UV aber nicht nur als eigenständige Farbe gut zur Geltung kommt, sondern auch im Mix helfen kann, einige interessante Schattierungen zu erzeugen.
