Der Chardonnay betritt mit einer Vielzahl an Aromen von Bratapfel und Pfirsich die Bühne und verzaubert sein Publikum mit Nuancen von Karamell, geröstetem Eichenholz und tropischen Früchten. Passt zu: Pasta mit Schweinefilet und Kräutersahnesosse, cremiges Risotto.

Farblich erstrahlt er in einem dichten, glänzenden Karmesinrot. In der Nase erweckt er ein elegantes Bouquet von reifen Kirschen, Waldbeeren, Kräutern Estragon , Gewürzen und den charakteristischen mineralischen und leicht erdigen Noten. Am Gaumen ist der Wein saftig, elegant, mit süssen Beerenfruchtaromen und feiner Würze, dicht strukturiert mit spürbarem Tannin und vollendeter Balance von Kraft und Finesse. Im Finale lang mit anhaltenden Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren und feiner Mineralität, sehr verführerisch mit grossartigem Potenzial Passt zu Klassikern der burgundischen Küche z.B. Boeuf Bourguignon , zu Wild, Wildgeflügel, Fleischund Geflügelpasteten, Coq au Vin mit rotem Burgunder oder zu mittelkräftigen Käsesorten.

Volles Bouquet weisser Blüten, am Gaumen paart sich ein buttriger Schmelz mit einer feinen Mineralik. Tolle Struktur, schön eingebundene Eichennoten, kraftvolles Finale. Gärung und Ausbau komplett im Barrique. Passt zu Meeresfrüchten, warme Foie Gras, gebratenem Geflügel, Weich- und Hartkäse.

Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
