From Edinburgh you will travel west, passing the imposing Stirling Castle, high on its volcanic rock, and on to a visit at Doune Castle* (which featured in the cult movie ‘Monty Python and the Holy Grail’). From there journey into the Highlands, past Loch Lubnaig and up through impressive Glen Ogle, a steep glen that stretches for 7 miles, stopping nearby for lunch and beautiful views of the surrounding scenery.
After lunch venture further into the Highlands, stopping to view one of the most photographed castles in Scotland, Kilchurn Castle, nestled on the banks of beautiful Loch Awe and stunningly framed by the surrounding mountains. You will then journey to Inveraray, a small quaint town built in the mid-18th century on the shore of Loch Fyne.
Here we have time to explore the town and pick up some Highland souvenirs or pay an optional visit to Inveraray Castle*, the historic home of the Duke of Argyll, chief of the Clan Campbell, which is set in large beautiful gardens overlooking Loch Fyne.
You then start your homeward journey, driving over the Arrochar Alps, an attractive range of mountains, with a brief pause near the top of the Rest and Be Thankful Pass. A little later we reach enchanting Loch Lomond, where you can stop at the pretty lochside village of Luss before returning to Edinburgh.
*OPTIONAL EXTRA. PLEASE NOTE: Inveraray Castle open April-Oct, Doune Castle closed on Thursdays and Fridays from 1st October - 31st March. Alternatives will be offered.

Barcelona is known as the capital of Modernism and the place where the famous architect Antoni Gaudí worked and lived. Gaudi, one of the greatest innovators of his time, has left behind numerous treasures for the discerning tourist to discover in Barcelona.
The Sagrada Familia is one of the most visited buildings in the world. We will visit the astonishing interior of this church, where vaults reach seventy meters. Antoni Gaudí designed a Latin cross plan with five aisles, extremely rich in ornamentation and symbolism. We will also visit the Sagrada Familia museum, where you will see drawings, plaster models and pictures about the history and development of this basilica from its early beginnings to the present day. The museum will also give valuable information about Antoni Gaudi´s life and career.
Then we will join with the rest of group and continue with the visit of the Artistic Tour.
During which you will discover Gaudi's bizarre Park Güell which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be careful, it's easy to get lost in the whimsical design of this bizarre but compelling public park with a perfect integration of the architectural elements in nature.
Our tour continues to Passeig de Gràcia to see Gaudi's famous apartment buildings like Casa Mila “La Pedrera”, Casa Batlló and others modernist buildings. The tour ends near the Casa Batlló - Passeig de Gràcia, 43.
Bonmont was originally founded in 1990 by the Swiss Henri Ferdinand Lavanchy. To carry out this project he contracted the world expert Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf course designer to take advantage of the Mediterranean environment at Bonmont. This superb golf course with 18 holes par 72 creates a really welcoming environment. The tour has many natural and artificial obstacles. Impressive gullies, six lakes dug into the rocks, bridges, trees, over 90 bunkers and large greens that are jealously maintained. It also has a driving range with natural grass. The layout of the course tests all players with the enigma of its lines and edges, a Real compliment to the talents of Robert Trent Jones Jr. created to enjoy here in Bonmont. The golf course is managed by Bonmont Terres Noves with respect to environmental criteria in line with the strong commitment of Med Group of opting for a way to be sensitive to the environment and respects the environment.
