Wonderfully fragrant care for skin & hair Monoi Tiaré oil is known for its unique and wonderful aroma - a blend of coconut oil and tiaré blossoms. This comes from the maceration of 200 gardenia blossoms in a single liter of coconut oil. The result? An intense aroma of distinctively high quality when compared to regular Monoi oils (whereby only 12 blossoms are macerated per liter of coconut oil). The oil is rich in antioxidant vitamin E, that minimises the formation of free radicals - the main cause of premature aging. It is used by the Tahitian population for the daily care of skin and hair. Monoi oil softens and moisturizes the skin, protects and nourishes the hair and provides a healthy glow. It is used during or after sun exposure, nourishes the skin and slows the skin aging process. At the same time, the oil supports an even tan and leaves the skin soft, silky, fragrant and radiant. This product helps with tanning, but does not contain a sun protection filter! Therefore, it can only be recommended for those who have deep and already tanned skin. Monoi Tiaré is applied to the hair to protect it from wind as well as salt and prevents it from drying out or breaking.
