About the Tour THE DOWNTOWN LOOP The Downtown Loop is the best way to explore Lower Manhattan including popular neighborhoods such as the Flatiron District, Union Square, Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho & NoHo, Greenwich Village & the East Village, Chelsea and the Financial District.
