Die JRX225 ist ein high-power Fullrange System mit doppelter Bestückung im Tieftonbereich. Sie ist die erste Wahl, wenn sehr hoher Schalldruck ohne externen Subwoofer sowie ein attraktives Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gefordert wird. Mobile DJ?s, Discos oder Bands mit Clubgigs gehören zu den typischen Anwendern von diesem Lautsperechertyp. Die beiden M115-8A Chassis sorgen neben dem hohen Schalldruck auch für einen erweiterten Frequenzgang im Bassbereich. Der Hochtonbereich wird, wie bei allen JRX200 Fullrangelautsprechern, durch den neuen 2414H-C Treiber ergänzt. Dies ist eine Variante des 2414H Treiber, der z. B. auch im VerTec VT4886 Line Array Verwendung findet. Das Abstrahlverhalten des Progressive TransitionTM Hochtonhorns ist 90° x 50°. Die nominale Impedanz der JRX225 von 4 Ohm ermöglicht eine äußerst effiziente Nutzung der Endstufe. Die Dauerbelastbarkeit liegt bei 500 Watt, die Spitzenbelastbarkeit reicht bis 2.000 Watt. Dadurch wird ein max. Spitzenschalldruck von 133 dB erreicht. Eine Speakon Buchse und eine 6,3 mm Klinkenbuchse bieten optimale Flexibilität in puncto Anschluss an die Endstufe.
