ITINERARY: Pick up at your hotel to depart to My Tho. Upon arrival, we will take a boat ride along the river, viewing stilt houses and fruit plantation along the banks. Visit fishing villages or floating fish farms at My Tho. Proceed to Tortoise Island and have lunch in an orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach canal to Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of water coconut trees and stop for visiting some families to get closer to their rural lifestyle and research their family business. Lunch at local restaurants between visits. After walking through fruit gardens and villages, we will come back to the boat and return to Saigon by car.

Visit the Great Cathedral, the Hall of Vicars Choral, Cormack's Chapel (with one of Ireland's best preserved Irish frescoes and Romanesque architecture) and a Round tower, all perched on a solid rock ringed by a curtain wall- most of it dating back from before the Cambro-Norman conquerors came to Ireland in the late 12th Century. Cahair Castle was once the stronghold of the powerful Butler family, the castle retains its impressive keep, tower and much of its original defensive structure. It is one of Ireland's largest and best preserved castles. It is situated on a rocky island on the River Suir. Upon arrival at the main visitor center complex, it's lunch time, and your chance to sit down to a buffet lunch and presentation from an astronaut – a great opportunity for photos and autographs. Following launch it is time to ride the DISCOVER KSC Bus Tour. This takes you close by the launch pads, it is a two hour fully guided bus tour within Kennedy and if you really want to experience Kennedy yet don't necessarily wish to walk around and read the exhibits yourself then this is your opportunity. The tours shows you areas not seen on the regular bus tours. The bus tour ends at the Saturn V Center where guests get to walk under the Saturn V rocket and touch a peice of moon rock. This is a compact day as you have alot to do, but if you really want to see the best that Kennedy has to offer then this is the day you should book!
