San Francisco Musem Of Modern Art: All visitors (including members and visitors 18 and under, who always receive free admission) require a ticket so we can ensure the museum does not exceed capacity. Order tickets in advance for all members of your party so everyone can enter the galleries at the same time. No eating, drinking, smoking, or sleeping is permitted in the Museum. Eating and drinking are permitted in designated areas only (Café 5, Sightglass at SFMOMA, and In Situ). Sealed food and drink containers are allowed if they are packed away inside a bag. Backpacks may not be carried on your back; they must be carried or worn on your front at all times. Aquarium Of The Bay: Explore the magic, beauty and wonder of San Francisco Bay at Aquarium of the Bay. Your visit will take you through three main exhibit areas that display the amazing riches that lie beneath the surface of the San Francisco Bay and surrounding waters. The Bay and the Animals Who Call it Home - approximately 20,000 animals who live in the Bay and nearby waters, from octopuses to eight-foot sevengill sharks. Guests are also treated to mesmerizing walls of jellies and a chance to have up close and personal encounters with leopard sharks, bat rays, skates, and other “splash zone" animals. By connecting our guests with native marine animals in an engaging and meaningful manner, we nurture transformative, emotional connections that inspire conservation advocacy. Because we reach over 600,000 people a year, these connections have high impact. Exploring environmental challenges: Climate change, habitat loss, water pollution, and unsustainable harvest. Provide research on local shark populations Bring back native salmon Assist chefs, restaurants and consumers in selecting sustainable seafood Remove invasive species from marine and estuary environments Support endangered species Educate the public and combat climate-induced sea level rise Enact policy that will create healthy fresh water flows back to San Francisco Bay Our research efforts are grounded in peer-reviewed science and focus on monitoring and improving life for all San Francisco Bay species. We work both alone and in partnership on research, including shark monitoring and captive breeding programs. Our goal is to understand how best to ensure that native animals can thrive in the busy, much used waters of San Francisco Bay, its estuary, marshes and tributaries.

Loro Parque Come to Tenerife and visit the magnificent enclave of Loro Parque, an authentic realm of wild animals. Loro Parque is the No. 1 Zoo in the world according to the most famous review site. The whole family will love a day out at Loro Parque. Watch the dolphins, orca whales and penguins make a splash, and enjoy Lion's Kingdom, a large area where three (one male and two females) lions of the endangered Angola subspecies lives. Loro Parque houses the largest parrot collection in the world and a wide variety of terrestrial and marine mammals that leave you stunned. Conditions: Children under 6 years old have free entry. Camel Park The fun starts when you are picked up from your hotel, heading straight for a photo stop at Mirador de San Pedro where you can contemplate the impressive cliffs around Rambla de Castro and the rugged coastline of Puerto de la Cruz. After passing through several quaint villages on the way we will arrive at El Tanque at around 11.00. Now it's time to meet the camels and if you really wish to get into the spirit of things to don Bedouin robes and a turban. You will also have the chance to sample some traditional Canary Islands hospitality with a selection of local fare including goat's cheese, wrinkly potatoes with mojo sauce, local wine and mint tea Moorish style.

Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Sanctuary guests can have a bird’s eye view of the vets working, and can experience the depth that Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has for the care and welfare of the Australian native animal population. See xrays, ultrasounds and endoscopes streamed live on a flat screen for guests to observe during the procedure. Even watch from a surgeons eye view by a camera mounted on the surgical light!  Free Flight Bird Show National Trust Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary presents the Free Flight Bird Show! Meet some of Australia’s most beautiful species of birds from the largest bird in flight, the Australian pelican, to the colourful parrots, birds of prey, endangered species and the majestic wedge-tailed eagle. Marvel at the beauty of these incredible creatures as they free-fly across the audience in a wonderful display set against the Sanctuary’s natural environment. Make sure you hang around to have your photo taken with a bird of prey at the end of the show! Crocodile Live Show Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary is excited to have Boss Hog as a new member of the team. At almost five meters in length this massive salt water crocodile is an incredible sight to see. Come and learn about Boss Hog and his girlfriend Lilly as well as see the fresh water crocodiles.

November Die königliche Sammlung umfasst Arbeiten von Venedigs berühmtesten Maler Canaletto (1697-1768). Diese Werke kaufte der junge König George III 1762 von Canalettos Agenten Joseph Smith, dem britischer Konsul in Venedig. Die Ausstellung präsentiert eine spektakuläre Auswahl venezianischer Kunst des 18. Jahrhunderts. Canalettos größte Werke werden neben Gemälden und Arbeiten auf Papier von Sebastiano und Marco Ricci, Francesco Zuccarelli, Rosalba Carriera, Pietro Longhi und Giovanni Battista Piazzetta gezeigt. Die Ausstellung Einblicke in die Höhepunkte des 18. Jahrhunderts in Venedig. Von der Pracht des Canal Grande und des Markusplatzes bis zu seinen Festen, dem Theater und dem Maskenkarneval bringt sie unwiderstehliche Faszination der schönsten Stadt der Welt in die Queen's Gallery.
