Am Gaumen wunderschöne Botrytis, Karamell Noten mit herrlicher Viskosität. Ein unendlich langer Nachklang. Passt zu: Foie Gras, Bleu de Bresse, bleu d Auvergne und alle anderen Blauschimmelkäse.

Farblich erstrahlt der Wein in einem blassen Gold mit grünlichen Glanzlichtern. In der Nase erlebt man ein aromatisch intensives, vielstimmiges Bouquet von frischen Mandeln, Marzipan, getrockneter Ananas und Bienenwachs, die sich mit zunehmender Reife zu Noten von Zimt und Pfeffer weiterentwickeln. Am Gaumen ist er zugleich fest und geschmeidig, üppig, doch sehr lebendig mit rassiger Säurefrische bis ins Finale mit elegantem Nachhall von Bienenwachs und einem Hauch Ingwer. Passt zu Fisch und Geflügel, wie Seeteufel in Rahmsauce, Seezunge Müllerin, Hühnerfrikassee, Kalbsragout mit Morcheln, asiatisch gewürzten Gerichten süss-sauer und mildwürzigem Käse.
