Die Par Z100 5K ist eine moderne LED-Version der traditionellen Halogen-PAR-Kanne. Sie wird von einer starken 100W Kaltweiß-C.O.B. (Chip On Board)-LED mit einer Farbtemperatur von 5700K angetrieben. Sein Licht-Output ist vergleichbar mit einer 1000W Halogen-PAR. Sie ist mit 5 verschiedenen, manuell einstellbaren Abstrahlwinkeln von 9/15/20/25/30 Grad ausgestattet, was die Abstrahlwinkel von VNSP bis WFL ausschöpft. PowerCON Ein- und Ausgänge zur Verkettung mehrerer PARs,  5-polige DMX- Ein- und Ausgänge, eine variable Strobe-Funktion ein Filtre-Frame sowie 5 verschiedene Dimmkurven  gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung. Die Par Z100 5K ermöglicht den Licht- und Bühnenbildnern den Look der traditionellen Bühne mit den technologischen Bequemlichkeiten der modernen LED-Beleuchtung zu vereinigen. Die Vorteile sind eine viel geringe Leistungsaufnahme, einfachere Verkabelung und weniger Strahlungshitze die auf die Darsteller abgegeben wird. Direkte DMX-Ansteuerung zur Dimmung und zur Steuerung des Stroboskop-Effekts ohne zusätzliche Dimmer-Packs. Das mitgelieferte Filterframe erlaubt die Aufnahme von LED-kompatiblen Farbfiltern sowie Diffusionsfiltern um den Abstrahlwinkel noch weiter zu verändern (Light Shaping Filter).
