Passt zu: gebratenem Lamm- und Rindfleisch mit Kräutern, Wildgerichte Braten, Ragouts , Ente, Spanferkel mit Beerenkompott oder mittelkräftig gereifter Käse Weinnotiz.

Dunkle purpurrote Farbe mit violetten Reflexen, eine wunderschöne fruchtige Vielfalt von schwarzen Waldfrüchten, reifen Pflaumen und etwas Holunder. Fein ausgeprägte Mineralik. Kräftige Würze mit einer Spur von Trüffel prägt den Charakter. Am Gaumen zeigt er sich eindrucksvoll, konzentriert und weich. Herrlich süsse Tannine und ein sehr langandauerndes Finale. Passt zu: würzigen Gerichten mit roten Fleisch, Entrecote, geschmortes Lamm oder gebratene Wildente mit Heidelbeerkraut, kräftigen Bratenjus und Servietten Knödeln.
