Nori Rotalgen - Flocken Sea Veggies ist ein wildwachsendes Bio Gemüse. Algen besitzen ein großes kulinarisches Potential, ob in der Spitzengastronomie oder Hobby-Küche. Mit vielen essbaren Algen und ganz unterschiedlichen Geschmacksrichtungen sind die Wasserpflanzen nicht nur vielseitig, sondern enthalten eine Menge Vitamine, Mineralien und Spurenelemente. Wegen des hohen Jodgehaltes sollte man einige Algen nur in Maßen genießen. Die Nori Rotalge ist leicht knorpelig, blattförmig und purpurfarbig, ballaststoff- und eiweißreich, fettarm und zuckerfrei. Die KULAU Nori-Algen kommen frisch aus dem Meer und stammen aus biologischem Wildwuchs vor der Atlantikküste Argentiniens. Die Algen werden unter 40 °C bei Wärme luftgetrocknet. Zubereitung: Die Nori-Flocken zuerst waschen und für 20 Minuten in Wasser einweichen. Anschließend gut spülen und als Salat-Topping, in Suppen oder im Rührei verwenden. Hinweise: Im nassen Zustand erhöht sich das Gewicht um das 6-fache. Von Natur aus reich an Jod. Eine übermäßige Zufuhr an Jod kann zur Störung der Schilddrüse führen.
