Mittleres Gelb mit goldenen Reflexen im Glas. Dieser Chardonnay präsentiert sich mit Duft von weissem Pfirsich, Zitrus und exotischen Früchten gepaart mit floralen Anklängen. Am Gaumen ist er fruchtig und frisch mit einer lebendigen Säure die sehr gut integriert ist. Das Weinbaugebiet Margaret River ist hervorragend für den Anbau von Chardonnay geeignet. Beim Filius, also dem Sohn des Topchardonnays Heytesbury, liegt der Fokus auf einer sehr grosszügigen und zugänglichen Frucht mit lebendiger Säure. Passt zu: gebratenen Meeresfrüchten, kräftigen Fischgerichten und hellen Fleisch- und Geflügelgerichten.

As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Unfortunately, dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted in the visitor centre or distillery. Minimum drinking age 18 years.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note some walking is required on the tour including some uneven surfaces and stairs (Full accessibility statement available).
