In fact conservation is extremely important to us and each year we breed over a thousand parrots.You’ll also be surprised and delighted by the ingenuity and talent of our humorous and entertaining parrots who at Loro Parque even star in their very own show.  This was first show that saw the light at Loro Park. The SEA LIFE London Aquarium is home to one of Europe’s largest collections of global marine life and the jewel in the crown of the 28 SEA LIFE attractions in the UK and Europe. Situated in the heart of London, the experience takes visitors on an immersive and interactive journey along the Great Oceanic Conveyor. The mysterious experience, spread over three floors, starts by taking a submarine style lift to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the journey, a stunning glass tunnel walkway offers guests an unforgettable experience by strolling underneath a Tropical Ocean. There is plenty of interaction along the way, from feeding the stingrays and watching diving displays to touch pools and discovery zones. Other stars of the show include green turtles, seahorses, octopus, zebra sharks and the ever popular clown fish. The true highlight however, commences as guests complete their journey in the deeper darker zone of the Pacific Ocean - take a walk on the wild side and watch 10 species of shark swim beneath your feet from a suspended glass platform. As well as allowing millions of people to discover the marvels of the marine world, the SEA LIFE network has an important role to play in helping safeguard our seas and their inhabitants for the future. The SEA LIFE London Aquarium provides the UK with a leading centre of excellence on marine management, conservation, preservation and education in the heart of the capital. Penguin Point - an expanded state-of-the-art viewing and learning experience complete with a colony of Gentoo penguins. The new Antarctic-themed experience will give visitors a fascinating insight into the habitat and behaviour of penguins. It aims to explain how we can all play our part in conserving their environment whilst providing the opportunity for close range viewing of a delightful colony of resident Gentoo penguins. Ten Gentoo penguins will be resident in the bespoke new enclosure which has been carefully designed to reflect the needs of the species. The significantly enlarged area features two pools, a waterfall, underwater jets, rocks and landing areas and ice flakes.                 Crocidiles to take up residence in SEA LIFE London Aquarium! Crocodiles, Piranhas, a family of Poison Arrow Frogs and a host of exotic aquatic creatures will be taking up residence in an entirely new Rainforests of the World area at the SEA LIFE London Aquarium this Easter. Rainforests of the World will totally replace the existing rainforest area and provide a snapshot into the vulnerable eco-systems of Malaysia, West Africa and South America. In an immersive journey across three continents guests will get up close and personal with some of the rainforests most famous and feared residents. A pair of 6 ft West African Dwarf Crocodiles will be just snapping distance away in a specially created wetland habitat mirroring their African home. The family of highly toxic Poison Arrow Frogs will provide a kaleidoscope of color, but watch out for the alluring yellow Golden Dart Frog, the most lethal of them all. Continuing the small but deadly theme is one of Europe’s biggest collections of Piranha fish famed for their flesh eating frenzies.  

The adventurous will make a beeline for Pure Rafting with its rapids, whirlpools and peaceful backwaters. There’s a whole universe of water attractions for the family at Aqualand, a world of waterslides of all types and heights to thrill and relax you; your kids will have the time of their lives. You’ll find vibrant attractions such as the Grand Canyon, the Black Hole or the Twister, and other more relaxing ones including Jacuzzis, Tropical Lake and Lake Niagara.  There are more than 30 slides to choose from at this themed water park with swimming pools to keep the little ones entertained while you relax in the sun. Or maybe you could chill in one of the whirlpools and when you need a rest from all the excitement, lie down in the landscaped gardens. Viva la transforamción del Parque Durante los últimos dos años, 13 hectáreas del Southport Park han pasado por una renovación de un millón de dólares que incluye una lavado de cara de las instalaciones, nuevas y remodeladas estructuras y un repaso de los paisajes. El Museo de las Ciencias Príncipe Felipe muestra una serie de fascinantes exposiciones dedicadas a varios temas, entre ellos el cambio climático y el ADN humano. También dispone de una zona para niños donde se exhiben datos interesantes sobre los hábitats naturales, la contaminación y el espacio exterior. La sección “Magia química” es algo que no te puedes perder, y si te interesan los grandes científicos encontrarás un piso entero dedicado a su obra. Los amantes del deporte también pueden pasarse por la sección dedicada al club de fútbol más famoso de la ciudad, el Valencia CF, y la exhibición de los superhéroes de Marvel atrae a jóvenes y adultos por igual.  En L'Oceanogràfic exploraremos el mundo submarino de los principales mares y océanos, con un edificio dedicado a cada entorno marítimo. Maravíllate ante la majestuosidad del Mediterráneo. Pasea por los humedales salvajes. Viaja hasta los mares templados y tropicales. Admira los fantásticos entornos de los océanos Antártico y Ártico. Deléitate con la vida marina en el Mar Rojo y descubre las criaturas más simpáticas en el delfinario. L'Oceanogràfic acoge a más de 45.000 animales de 500 especies diferentes, entre ellos belugas, medusas, pingüinos, leones marinos, focas, tiburones, rayas, estrellas de mar, morsas y muchos, muchos más. Durante el verano, del 17 de julio al 31 de agosto, hay espectáculos especiales por la noche desde las 20:00 horas hasta la medianoche.
