Sightseeing Tour + Tower HOP-ON HOP-OFF TOUR STOPS People absolutely love our unique Hop On, Hop Off tour route.  We start out in Alamo Plaza and immediately give you the double decker view of the beautiful Alamo.  From there we head north towards the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Pearl Brewery Complex, and much more.  And of course you are free to get off and explore at any of our 18 stops.  If you do, just go back to where we dropped you off and wait for our next bus to arrive.  We typically have four double deckers operating so we get to each stop every 20 to 30 minutes.  Take a look at our route below and buy online or come see us in Alamo Plaza.  You will love it!  Our tour stops include: The Alamo Once home to Spanish Missionaries as Mission de Valero, it is the site of the Battle Of The Alamo in 1836. The Pearl Brewery A culinary and cultural destination along the banks of the river. San Antonio Museum of Art House the largest and most comprehensive collection of ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman and Asian art in the Southwest United States. VFW Post 76 The oldest Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in the United States. Augie’s BBQ Restaurant Great Texas BBQ in the heart of Downtown San Antonio Riverwalk/Museum Reach We stop at the Wyndham Garden Riverwalk Hotel where you can explore the beautiful Museum Reach section of the Riverwalk. Tobin Center Home to resident performing arts groups and major music and theatrical acts visiting San Antonio.  (Bus stop is directly in front of the El Tropicano Hotel) The Scottish Rite Cathedral Completed in 1924 at a cost of $1.5 million dollars.  A six story building in the style of a classic revival temple.  Serves as a meeting place for the Scottish Rite Masonry. Hipolito F. Garcia Federal Building Historic courthouse and post office located in Alamo Plaza.  (Bus stop across the street from the Emily Morgan Hotel) Buckhorn Saloon and Texas Ranger Museum An immersive Texas experience.  Explore the Museum’s Hall of Horns, and the Texas Ranger Museum and Ranger town. Riverwalk/River Cruise Ride One story above the river, visit St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Majestic, Aztec and Empire Theaters.  Also a great location for guests of the Hotel Valencia, the Drury Inn and Drury Plaza, the Omni La Mansion Hotel and the Holiday Inn Riverwalk to hop on and hop off. San Fernando Cathedral/Spanish Governor’s Palace Founded in 1731 and is the oldest continuously functioning religious community in Texas.  The Spanish Governor’s Palace was constructed in the early 18th century as the “Presidio San Antonio de Bejar”.  It marked Spanish settlement under King Ferdinand VI. Market Square/El Mercado Visitors and residents alike visit El Mercado for authentic Mexican dining, music, and treasures.  Located in the “Zona Cultura”. King William Historic District The Blue Star Arts Complex, the Guenther House, the King William District, and Southtown.  An area know for it’s diverse community, art galleries, restaurants and Victorian era homes. Villa Finale Visitor Center Stop Tour the museum and gardens of preservationist Walter Mathis.  (Bus stop in front of the Friendly Spot) Yanaguana Garden Public art display and playground. Tower of the Americas/La Villita The 750 foot tall Tower of the Americas provides guests with the most spectacular view of the Alamo City.  Enjoy the gorgeous panorama view from the Tower’s Observation Deck and experience the thrilling 4D Theater Ride.  La Villita is the historic art village and one of San Antonio’s first neighborhoods. The Shops at Rivercenter Mall Shops, stores, the movie Alamo The Price Of Freedom at the IMAX, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and the Rivercenter Lagoon. Admission to KSCVC includes all of the exhibits, attractions, the IMAX theatre tickets and a very comprehensive bus tour to the Apollo/Saturn V Center.  It is easy to spend a full day at KSCVC, particularly if you would like to add on 'Lunch With an Astronaut*' or one of the special interest guided tours. Gatorland Fun Zone Gator Gully Splash Park: For over half a century, Gatorland has been creating fond vacation memories for millions of visitors who have entered through its gaping gator mouth entrance. Allie's Barnyard: Drop by Allie's Barnyard and say hello to some of the cute and cuddly barnyard critters that call Gatorland home. Express Railroad: Making its debut in 1965, the original Gatorland Iron Horse gave visitors a glimpse of the south end of the park as it carried passengers over alligators and by the animal displays on its journey back to the station. After 35 years of loyal service carrying millions of passengers, the old Iron Horse was finally retired in 2000 and a new station was built. Very Merry Aviary: Gatorland's Very Merry Aviary, home to the colorful and friendly Lorikeets, is a great place to get upclose to nature. These brightly colored parrots, native to the Western Pacific and East Indies area, are specially adapted to a diet of pollen, nectar, and fruit. Great Shows Gatorland has been entertaining people with fun, exciting and educational shows about dangerous and unusual animals for years! Where else can you help a gator wrestler pick out the gator they are about to wrestle or have an up-close experience with really cool reptiles or see crocs and gators jump high in the air for food? No where! So come and share the adventure at all of our fun shows. The Gator Jumparoo Show: Thrills and chills abound as some of the largest alligators in the world actually jump four to five feet out of the water to retrieve food in this famous one-of-a-kind show. Learn more about alligators and crocodiles and their awesome powers. Watch as giant alligators jump high enough out of the water to actually snatch food from the trainer's hand. A must see for the entire family! The Gator Wrestlin' Show: Gatorland® offers a unique alligator wrestling show done "Florida Cracker" style in a shaded 800 seat stadium. Gator wranglers catch a 6 to 8 foot alligator by hand and climb onto the snapping animal's back to point out survival features to the audience. After doing stunts that only a few are brave (or foolish) enough to try, the alligator is rolled over and put to sleep...only to be awakened by a tickle! Upclose Encounters Show: You never know what kind of animal you might be introduced to next at the Upclose Encounters Show! You'll get to meet fascinating creatures from around the globe as well as Florida's native wildlife - including some of the most dangerous snakes alive. Critters On The Go Show: The newest entertainment experience at Gatorland features the softer side of the animal world and is hosted by either Miss Vera, trail boss Gabe or one of the Gatorland Entertainers. Check out these interactive animal encounters where you and the little ones can oohh and aahh at some of the park’s cute and cuddly critters! Currently these encounters are done on the move so keep your eyes peeled for Vera, Gabe, and the gang, as you stroll through the park.

Le Signe du Triomphe After the highly-charged atmosphere of the Gallo-Roman Stadium, relax with a spell in the Middle Ages. In the Medieval City, admire the expertise of the master craftsmen before setting off on an adventure with ‘The Knights of the Round Table’. Les Vikings After witnessing the assault by the Viking longboats and being serenaded by the Traditional Musicians, take time out to visit the Fort of the Year Thousand and travel through time in the Puy du Fou Odyssey. Le Secret de la Lance Leave the Hundred Years War behind and go through the moat to discover a wide range of activities for the whole family and the Grand Parc’s new show «The Lovers of Verdun». Mousquetaire de Richelieu By the Grand Carrousel, the wonderful French gardens lead you to the Imaginary World of La Fontaine. Then experience the Belle Epoque atmosphere of the Market Town in 1900. Le Bal des Oiseaux Fantômes Deep in the ancient forest, Puy du Fou’s natural surroundings become part of a unique show. From the birds of prey aviaries to Flower Valley, enjoy wandering through a world in which nature reasserts itself. Les Orgues de Feu The Puy du Fou is also the kingdom of children. They are fascinated by the shows and have fun in the Grand Parc’s games and entertainment, before the magic of the Organs of Fire.
