Rebsorte: Grauer Burgunder werden die Weine aus der Ruländertraube dann genannt, wenn sie alternativ zum klassischen Geschmacksbild, früher gelesen, durchgegoren, trocken mit viel Frucht und säurebetont vinifiziert werden. Passt zu: geräuchertem und gebratenem Fisch, deftigen Vespern, Kalbsfleisch und mildem Käse.

Der Wein duftet nach Zitrusfrüchten und Salbei. Dank seiner frischen, knackigen Art könnte man vermuten, das der Wein aus Norditalien stammt.

Mit Aromen von dunklen Früchten, Schokolade und Pfeffer, gepaart mit gefälligen rauchigen Noten besticht dieser 14 Monate in französischer Eiche gereifte Malbec. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.
