Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 18 years or older to play the maze. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

Opened in 1994, Night Safari is the world’s first safari park for nocturnal animals. Highlights Watch everything come to life by night and discover 2,500 fascinating nocturnal creatures in their natural habitat which spans 35 hectares as you take in the Night Safari. Climb on the guided Safari Tram, a 40-minutes immersive experience, that takes you across 6 geographical zones of the world. Four interlinked walking trails offer close encounters with threatened and endangered species such as the pangolin and clouded leopard. Engage in the interactive Creatures Of The Night Show, where you can learn more about the nocturnal abilities of the animals. The best way to travel through the seven geographical zones is by a 40 minute long open air guided tram. This moving escapade gives you the best seat in the house (or jungle) to observe the animals on the rugged foothills of the Himalaya and the deepest recesses of the Asian riverine forest. Journey through the meandering trail past the authentically created habitats. The naturalistic habitats are designed to simulate the animals’ native habitats and are illuminated with subtle moonglow lighting. The Night Safari also has a no-cage policy and is an open concept zoo. The stunning scenery will continue to amaze you as you arrive at the lake, Here you will have time to look around and to take a one hour trip in a kayak. Life jackets are provided and you can sail out and enjoy the surroundings, or, if you like you can stop off on a small island and have a rest. There are plenty of seats and a small cafe where you can buy drinks or snacks and the area is alive with people enjoying the good weather and the beautiful surroundings. The Siurana Lake is surrounded by spectacular sceneries of the Montsant Range It’s near Prades, a wine land, olive oil land and hazelnut bushes. After enjoying your time on the lake and you have taken lots of fantastic photos, it will be time to head back to your hotel. LANGUAGES: English and Spanish The route begins at 09:00 am from the center of Bilbao to go directly on the A8 motorway towards the inside of Guipúzcoa, through Eibar, Elgoibar, Azkoitia and Loyola. In Loyola stop to visit the shrine of harmonious proportions, built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, where we visit the spectacular Basilica and see the house where he was born Ignacio tower. Azpeitia will continue to travel through, and out towards the coast by Zumaia, the embroidery to reach Getaria. We will have free time to visit this charming fishing village located on a mountain slope very fertile, with the Arch of Catrapona, a mediaeval passageway beneath the church with a chapel for sailors, the parish church of San Salvador (fifteenth century), which is a jewel of Gothic architecture, its fishing port, its narrow streets and its typical bars and restaurants. After traveling to Zarautz continue the traditional enclave and tourist reference since the nineteenth century. Later we arrived in San Sebastian. In this beautiful city will make a comprehensive scenic tour to appreciate all his walks, La Concha beach and climb Igueldo overlooking the bay. Then another walking tour through Casco Viejo. Free time for lunch. Our guide will inform of various possibilities of selected restaurants and menus for you to choose the one you draw. Direct return to Bilbao on the highway with magnificent views to get to your hotel mid-afternoon.

Empire State Building Observatory Advice for Visitors: Observatory is open until 2am every night for spectacular skyline and nighttime views. Average general admission ticket travel time from upon entering security, through our two exhibits, to the 86th floor Observation Deck. Updated every 2 minutes. ​Best time to visit: For more space and less wait, visit between 8AM and 10AM or after 10PM. Visitors with tickets purchased online will go with their voucher directly to the ticket window after the security check. ​The Observatory is wheelchair accessible. Accessibility: The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. The Empire State Building Observatory requires hardcopy (printed) versions of the tickets you receive from us to enter. If you are unable to print your tickets prior to your arrival, and you have the confirmation email with the link to your tickets on your mobile device, you can usually have them printed for a small fee at the Fedex Kinko's located on the Lobby level of the Empire State Building near the corner of W. 33rd St and 5th Avenue (350 5th Ave, New York, NY 10118). Top Deck: 102nd Floor - For an additional charge. Gulliver's Gate Duration: There’s a lot you’ll want to see at Gulliver’s Gate and we want your guests to take their time enjoying our miniatures. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket.
