Stahlwille Series 40ADL Bi-Hexagon, extra deep sockets have 1/4in square drives. They come in AF imperial sizes, and are made from HPQ® high performance steel, with chrome plating. The sockets have an extremely high load capacity with exceptionally thin rings and walls. They are free from cadmium and therefore suitable for use on titanium alloy parts and titanium fasteners, such as those used in the aerospace industry, where safety is crucial. The sockets are equipped with anti-slip drives which permit high transmission of forces to the lands of the nuts and bolts without damaging them. Manufactured to DIN 3124/ISO 2725-1 standards.Overall length: 50mm. MADE IN GERMANY.Stahlwille Extra Deep Bi-Hexagon Socket 1/4in Drive. Size: 9/32 AF.Overall length: 50mm.

Stick Nails for use with the Stanley Bostitch Wire Weld Framing Nailers, the traditional wire weld collation gives the stick nails more rigidity and resistance to damp environments. 28° Collation Angle Designed for the construction market, where it is important to find the right combination of tool weight and working autonomy. Since sticks contain fewer nails than coiled nails (approx 25) and less of them are loaded into the nailer, the tool is lighter. A simpler feed mechanism for stick nails also helps to keep the weight of the tools lower than for coil nailers for similar size nails. This is important when you are working up a ladder with your arm stretched out. (Remember only tools fitted with sequential trip should be used when working up a ladder). Smooth shank nails have exactly that: a smooth appearance. Due to their regular form they can be produced at very high speed and are therefore the most economical type of nail. However, their holding power is the lower than ring shank nails. They require less energy to drive them and the air consumption per nail can be lower. Sometimes it is possible to use a smaller tool to drive them. Ring shank nails have a series of rings punched into the surface of the shank. Again a difference in the diameter of the shank is produced making it even more difficult to withdraw the nail. Ring shank nails have to be produced at lower speeds and their cost is generally higher than for a smooth shank nail. The air consumption per nail is also higher, and the energy required to drive these nails into hard wood is very much greater. Bright finish is without any form of protection and is the most economical choice, but the nails will start to rust before nails that have a protective treatment. Used in applications where no protection is required, for example a one way disposal pallet. As all standard nails come with this finish. Galvanising , or coating with Zinc, is the best way to prevent nails from corroding. The zinc does not protect the steel of the nail, but is corroded first. The thicker the zinc coating, the longer it will be before the nail is attacked. The thickest coating is called hot dipped and is applied by dipping the nails into a bath of molten zinc. Galvanised protection is measured in Microns (each Micron is 0.000001 of an metre thick). The thicker the micron coating the better the protection level of the nails.Gauge/Diameter (mm) 3.1 Length 90 28° Collation AngleSKU S310R90 Profile RING Finish BRIGHT Description STICK NAIL 3.10-90 RING 2M Qty per box 2000Will also fit the N80SB, FW28WW-E, N100S
Feather light yet ultra strong. Extremely lightweight, stable magnesium, fibreglass reinforced plastics, and cold-drawn BESSEY quality steel: this optimum mixture is characteristic of the innovative high-tech KliKlamp lever clamp. That's why the smallest KliKlamp weighs just a tiny 260 g simply ideal for assembly work or where several clamps are being used at once. The pressure is also built up easily and highly effectively: the VIBRAFIX ratchet mechanism lets you achieve a huge clamping force quickly with just 2 fingers. You certainly will never have clamped as quickly, easily or as gently as this! Weight starts from a tiny 260g.Sturdy fixed and sliding arms made from lightweight magnesium.Stepped, vibration-resistant VIBRAFIX ratchet mechanism. Your benefits at a glance: 1 Sturdy magnesium. The surface-coated fixed and sliding arms, made from sturdy magnesium, are extremely light and strong. 2 VIBRAFIX stepped ratchet mechanism. The multi-stage VIBRAFIX ratchet mechanism is easy to operate, vibration-resistant, particularly easy-to-control, and can be released quickly. 3 A secure hold. The fixed arm with the crossed v-grooves holds round, pointed or angular components firmly in place. This is part of what makes the KliKlamp so versatile. 4 Ergonomically shaped clamping arm.The ergonomically shaped clamping arm made from fibreglass-reinforced polyamide is breakproof and fits very snugly in the hand. Thats quality of the highest calibre. The Bessey KLI20 has the following: Clamping force up to 1,200NOpening 200mmThroat depth 80mmRail 20 x 5mmWeight 0.32Kg
These Forgefix Phillips, single thread Drywall Screws have a black phosphate finish for increased durability. The screws come complete with a Phillips No.2 insert bit. Their Bugle Head allows the screw to sink effortlessly into the dry lining without the need for countersinking, which in turn minimises the damage to the surface. APPLICATION:Designed for fitting dry linings to studding. Phosphate coatings are made up of thin crystalline layers of phosphate compounds that adhere to the surface of the fixing or fastener. The phosphate crystals are porous and can be formed from zinc, manganese, or iron phosphate solutions. Phosphate coatings offer good corrosion resistance and have an excellent ability to absorb supplementary coatings which improves appearance, corrosion resistance and resistance to abrasion. The Phillips screw has four simple tapered slots. It is designed so that a Phillips tip screwdriver can turn a Phillips screw with increasing torque. When the torque gets to be too strong for the tip then the screwdriver tip winds itself out of the screw thus preventing over-tightening and or damage to the screw head. Coarse thread screws (mainly drywall screws) have an extremely sharp point and are designed to penetrate plasterboard skin. The coarse thread eases in to the board then the timber baton holding the board firm.Drywall Screw Phillips Bugle Head SCT Black Phosphate 3.5 x 50mm Bulk 1000
