Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier, hauptsächlich aus Verzenay, Ay, Mareuil sur Ay, Bouzy Farbe: Glanz und Klarheit des Weines bieten dem Auge blassgoldene Reflexe, die sich mit sehr feinen Bläschen mischen, welche zu einer ergiebigen und anhaltenden Perlage führen. Aroma: Diese Cuvee mit aussergewöhnlicher Finesse strömt Aromen von Birnen und Nüssen Mandeln, frische Haselnüsse aus, die sich mit den Noten weisser Blüten und leichten Akzenten von süssem Weissbrot vermählen.
