Welcome to the Bombay Sapphire Distillery The Bombay Sapphire Distillery at Laverstoke Mill offers a behind-the-scenes experience that showcases the artistry and creativity infused into every drop of Bombay Sapphire gin. Guests of this state-of-the-art, sustainable distillery can discover what makes Bombay Sapphire such a distinctive gin. From discovering the unique Vapour Infusion distillation process in the Dakin Still House, to exploring the ten exotic botanicals nurtured in the stunning glasshouses.  Visitors can also uncover the history of both Laverstoke Mill and Bombay Sapphire, explore the local conservation area and complete the experience with Bombay Sapphire cocktails in the Mill Bar. Laverstoke Mill is a site steeped in natural beauty and elegance. Astride the crystal clear River Test, situated within a Conservation Area and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) in rural Hampshire just 60 miles from London. The striking redesign of the distillery is in part the inspiration of the acclaimed London designers at Heatherwick Studio. The careful renovation included a number of beautiful Victorian and Georgian buildings restored to their former glory. The site has been awarded the highly prestigious BREEAM (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) Award for Sustainable Industrial Design.

Rotwein-Cuvee aus dem namengebenden Dorf Massaluca, erzeugt aus der in Terra Alta dominierenden Garnacha-Traube und einem kleinen Anteil Carinena lokal Samso genannt . Ausgeprägte, vielschichtige Nase, geprägt durch rote Früchte Kirsche und Beerennoten Himbeeren . Kraftvoll und fleischig am Gaumen mit erneut roten Früchten und Beeren, dabei angenehm frisch und lebendig, nachhaltiger, mittellanger Abgang. Grossartiger Solist, der Luft im Glas braucht und deshalb dekantiert werden sollte. Passt zu rotem gegrillten Fleisch wie einem Rumpsteak, einer mediterran gewürzten und gegrillten Lammkeule und einer klassischen Lasagne.

Fruchtig mit ausgewogenen mineralischen Noten, viel Pfirsich, Limonen, zarte Marille. Exotische Aromen entwickeln sich nach wenigen Minuten im Glas, fein unterlegt mit ausgeprägter Mineralität. Passt zu: Geflügel, hellem Fleisch, gedünstetem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, asiatischen Gerichten.

In der Nase finden sich Aromen von Süsskirsche, viel Würze und einen Hauch von Rauch. Am Gaumen ein harmonisches Fruchtaroma mit sanftherben Tannien und feiner Frische. Passt zu Fleischgerichten und Nudeln mit kräftiger Sauce. Aus biologischem Anbau
