A few years later, he graduated from one of the best catering school in France. He left Paris in 2001 for the United States of America (oh my gooooooood) where he became a waiter. After a wine training course where he finished Major of his hotel promotion, he won THE prize : 6 years visa in the USA! Quickly, he became a restaurant manager in this 5 star Hotel, «The Breakers», Palm Beach, Florida. 5 years later, he decided to go back to Paris to realise his childhood dream: becoming a comedian. In fact, during these few years, he laughed a lot about the cultural differences between Americans and French and he decided to write a one man show 100% in English about all these differences. On the 10 May 2009, his dream came true!!! The show «How to become Parisian a in one hour?» was born. Everybody in the theater industry told him that his project in English was a really stupid idea. Nobody wanted to bet on him so he decided to produce the show by himself and created his «French Arrogance Productions». Lugar de salida: El antiguo puerto de Fira. Solo se puede acceder al puerto en: En teleférico: es perfectamente seguro, consta de 6 vagones y tiene capacidad para 6 personas por vagón. Durante la temporada alta (abril-octubre) sale cada 20 minutos. Las entradas individuales cuestan 5 € para adultos y 2,50 € para niños. A pie: tendrá que caminar por los famosos 600 escalones de la carretera tradicional que conecta el puerto viejo con la ciudad de Fira. El descenso demora entre 20 y 30 minutos, dependiendo de su condición física. En burro: los burros solían ser el medio de transporte tradicional de la isla. Suben y bajan con frecuencia al antiguo puerto de Fira. Un solo viaje cuesta alrededor de 5 € por persona y dura unos 20 minutos. La mayoría de la gente prefiere subir al burro.

Este tour le enseña zonas nunca vistas antes desde un autobús. El tour termina en el Centro Saturn V donde los visitantes podrán caminar por debajo del cohete Saturn V y tocar  parte de una roca lunar.
