Geschmacklich erweist der Wein sich als sehr sanft, weich und vollmundig mit perfekt eingebundenem, süss gereiftem Tannin, das dem Finale einen traumhaft langen und hocheleganten Nachhall verleiht. Passt zu Wildgerichten Rehbraten, Rehkeule, Hirschragout , Lamm- und Rindfleisch oder auch zu reifen Hartkäsesorten.
