Main external material: full grained leather, 1.4mm as perour race suits. Furygan Skin Protect lining approved by Furygan’s R&D to reinforce leather products in terms of tearing and abrasion resistance. D3O homologated protectors for elbows, shoulders and back (1621-2 level 1 Central Back type homologated back protector fitted as standard), which offer full protection without restricting comfort and freedom of movement. External protection shells on the shoulders. Areas exposed to abrasion in a crash situation are reinforced with triple stitching to avoid tearing.

Sport fit Thermal padded lining with aluminium inserts on the chest for maximum protection against the cold. Racing sleeves with Kevlar stretch inside the arms. For many years Premier has produced and marketed some of the best off road helmets available on the market and now in his 2017 collection, the Italian company introduces Exige, a model that combines all the Premier know-how in this specific sector. The Exige helmet has the outer shell molded in high impact resistance thermoplastic material. Its shape has been design to be particularly resistant to impacts and for the use of the neck brace. The inner shell is printed in eps of different density and in two sizes, to absorb the energy generated by an impact. In the off road helmets the internal linings are very important and for this reason on the Exige the internal padding are removable and washable, with eye-catching camouflage fabric, hypoallergenic and with Sanitized treatment, which guarantee excellent breathability and comfort. The functional ventilation system is composed of an air conveyor positioned on the upper central part of the edge of the shell, two air intakes positioned below the peak and covered by a wire mesh and another air ventilation on the chin guard. The comfortable chinstrap is equipped with double D locking ring. The helmet also has a nose guard, fixed to the top of the chin guard. The peak has been designed to offer no resistance to air, even at high speeds and it s adjustable. Like all the Premier helmets also Exige is approved according to the ECE 22-05 homologation. Sizes range from XS to XL. This Premier helmet is available in three different graphic, for a total of eight proposals.

Robust cargo pants made of sturdy canvas with aramid reinforcement. These pants are reinforced with Twaron on hips and buttocks. An aramid fiber that meets the very strict standards of inspection standards 13594-2 and 13594-4. In the area of abrasion and tear resistance it performs well in the highest categories (Level 1 and Level 2). These pants come with tested Knox Flexiform knee protectors that are easy to put in or remove from the pockets. The position of the protector is adjustable in height. Both the protector pocket and the entire seat are mesh lined for maximum ventilation.
