Auf den ersten Blick präsentiert sich der Wein von intensivem rubinrot. Das Bukett ist sehr fruchtig, es duftet nach roten Beeren, zu denen sich die Wohlgerüche der Verfeinerung in Holz gesellen. Der Wein zeigt eine gute lang anhaltende Struktur, er ist sehr ausgewogen, mit einem weichen Tannin Passt zu: Wildschweinragout, Rinder- und Lammfilet und gegrilltem Gemüse..

Der Graciano präsentiert sich als dann mit seiner tiefen kirschroten Farbe, gespickt mit bläulichen Highlights sehr jugendlich. Die Nase verwöhnt er mit Aromen von roten Früchten, schwarzer Johannisbeere und Vanille. Rote Früchte auch am Gaumen, umhüllt von einer schönen Frische und wohl integriertem Tannin.
