El centro de Orlando se ha convertido en un lugar de reunión para los visitantes que desean mostrar respeto a las víctimas y sobrevivientes del mayor crimen de odio contra un grupo objetivo en los Estados Unidos y reflexionar sobre la unidad que se mostró a escala mundial en respuesta. La estructura provisional del Interim Memorial será reemplazada con un monumento permanente.
