Please redeem your 365 ticket voucher at the Pearl Harbor Historic Parks ticket counter, also located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Check In Policy & Maximizing Your Time Visitors with ticket reservations are required to check in at the USS Arizona Memorial Narrated Tour desk, located in the courtyard of the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center one hour before their tour time. If you check in late, the National Park Service reserves the right to reassign your tour tickets. We highly recommend starting at the Visitors Center’s museum before embarking to the memorial. No Bag Policy For security reasons, no purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, large camera cases or luggage is allowed at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. Valuables should not be left in your vehicle. Bag storage is available at the entrance for a fee of $3 per bag. We recommend that visitors bring in their wallets, ID, water, cameras and cellphones. Strollers Strollers are allowed in the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, but not in the theaters or on shuttle boats to the USS Arizona Memorial. While strollers may be parked at the theaters and picked up once visitors return from the Memorial, the National Park Service is not responsible for monitoring strollers or other personal items left behind. Restrooms There are public restroom facilities available at the Visitor Center; visitors are encouraged to use the facilities at the Visitor Center before beginning their Arizona Memorial Program. Food and Beverage Other than clear bottled water, no food or drinks are allowed in the theater, on the shuttle boats, or at the USS Arizona Memorial. Dress Attire Civilian Visitors are reminded that they are visiting a site of tremendous loss of life in service to our country. Sandals are permissible, but bathing suits or profane T-shirts are discouraged. Military Military visitors to the USS Arizona Memorial are within the boundary of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, and military regulations relating to military dress are enforced by Navy personnel. Per the Pacific Commander, military visitors in uniform are required to dress in Class B or better in order to gain access to the shuttle boats to the USS Arizona Memorial. Battle dress uniform is not allowed on the USS Arizona Memorial, though it is allowed throughout the Visitor Center and at sites on Ford Island. Military visitors are welcome to wear civilian clothes when they visit.

Dolphin Lagoon™/ Dolphin Swim Experience Make a friend that will live in your heart forever when you experience the highlight of your day, a one-on-one dolphin encounter. Learn about dolphin behaviour and communication. Wade into the dolphin lagoon. Come nose to bottlenose with one of these fascinating and intelligent animals, take hold of its dorsal fin and hold on for the ride of a lifetime. The highlight of a visit to Discovery Cove is the opportunity to swim with a bottlenose dolphin during a 30-minute interactive adventure. Accompanied by a trainer guests interact with their dolphin in deeper water for an exciting dorsal fin tow ride back to shore. Children must be at least 6 years old to swim with dolphins. Children ages 6-12 must be accompanied by a paying adult who also is participating in the dolphin swim experience. Attractions at Discovery Cove Some of the park’s most popular attractions include: The Grand Reef The Grand Reef is one of the Cove’s newest and most breath-taking attractions, featuring palm-lined sandy beaches, mysterious underwater grottos, and an impressive shark-infested lagoon. Visitors can delve into the depths of the reef’s enormous saltwater pool and snorkel with a wonderful kaleidoscope of sparkling tropical fish, eels and rays. You can also upgrade your package and participate in SeaVenture, an exciting underwater tour of the Grand Reef’s hidden coves. Explorer’s Aviary is the park’s remarkable free-flight aviary. The aviary is home to more than 250 different tropical birds and is one of the park’s biggest attractions. Guests can walk among hundreds of beautifully coloured exotic birds, feeding them out of their hands and watching them soar freely above their heads. The Wind-Away River The Wind-Away River is an enormous freshwater river that circles the park and winds its way through many of the main attractions, including Explorer’s Aviary. Guests are free to ride the river’s gentle waves and float dreamily past some of the park’s most beautiful landscapes, including cascading waterfalls, idyllic white sand beaches, and luscious tropical rainforests. The experience lasts 30 minutes and is open to all visitors aged six years and over. SeaVenture (Optional upgrade) SeaVenture, The Grand Reef’s innovative experience is an underwater walking tour where, while wearing a dive helmet, you’ll feel right at home under the sea. Private cabanas (Optional upgrade) For an additional fee, visitors to the park can hire a cabana, a private area in which they and up to five others can relax and enjoy the park's surroundings in peace. Several snack bars are conveniently located around Discovery Cove each serving snacks, chips, pretzels, candy, soft drinks, frozen drinks and alcoholic beverages. Insider’s Tip: After check-in, stop by the Laguna Grill for the included breakfast, then look for the equipment stations where you can get fitted for a wetsuit or vest and pick-up your swim masks and snorkels. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket. Types of Experiences at VR World There are a wide variety of experiences for all types of people. Some will enjoy shooting droids in space and fighting off zombies to racing on a track, while others will enjoy flying on a paraglider or climbing a mountain. Others still will enjoy watching short films or painting in the green room. Some experiences require full body motion while others are seated activities. Queues Each participant gets approximately 5-10 minutes at each experience. Most experiences have a tablet that keeps track of the queue for that experience. Participants can only wait in one queue at a time. However, there are some experiences that have no queue and can be done at any time, even while waiting in a queue for something else. Participants who checked in a with their own phone number will receive a text message when it is their turn in line Checking in At the gate, each participant will sign up using their real name, a screen name, an email, a phone number, and other pieces of information. While not required, if a participant signs up with their own phone number, they will receive a notification when they are at the the front of the queue for their attraction. After this process, participants will be given a wristband that will be used to check into the queue at any VR experience and are free to explore the entire space. Food and Drink There are offering a wide selection of non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and liquor. Our house cocktails will not disappoint. Try the VRWorldian, Simon’s Escape, Caipirinha Assassin or Salty Borzoi to name just a few. No food at this time. There is no food inside the building, but guests are able to leave and re-enter the building during the time of their ticket.
