Bei maximal 100° C für ca. 5–10 Minuten im Backofen (Heißluft) aufheizen. Anwendung als Kältekompresse: Im Kühlschrank oder Gefrierfach lassen sich die Kirschsteine entsprechend kühlen. Das gekühlte Kirschsteinkissen direkt auf die betroffenen Körperteile legen. Die Kirschsteine geben die Kälte gezielt ab.
