Skydeck A 410 metros y 110 años de historia por encima de las calles de Chicago, The Ledge en la Torre Willis (anteriormente conocida como la Torre Sears) cambiará la visión de la Ciudad del Viento tanto a los locales como a los visitantes. Todavía el octavo edificio más alto del Mundo, y el más alto en el hemisferio Occidental, el Skydeck de la Torre Willis atrae 1’5 millones de personas al año que están deseosas de subir el edificio de 110 años de historia y más de 440 metros de altura para contemplar unas asombrosas vistas de la ciudad y su entorno. Su viaje hacia lo más alto de la Torre Willis empieza pasando por un detector de metales como los del aeropuerto, seguido de un agradable viaje en ascensor hasta la zona de espera donde los visitantes hacen cola para las entradas. Una señal le indicará el tiempo de espera necesario para subir, un momento idóneo para comprobar la visibilidad. Incluso los días que parecen soleado pueden tener niebla o nubes en lo más alto que limitan la vista. Pero en días buenos podrá ver hasta 80 km más allá, hasta los estados de Indiana, Michigan, Iowa y Wisconsin. Mientras espera, podrá ver un vídeo sobre los datos más relevantes de la Torre Willis. Después no tendrá que esperar mucho más hasta subir al ascensor, que le permitirá subir 103 plantas en tan sólo 70 segundos. Tower of London One of the most famous buildings in the world, the Tower of London was constructed in the 11th century - almost a 1,000 years ago and has been witness to countless significant events in the development of Britain's now democratic monarchy. One of the Doctor’s patients will be selling kisses and anyone who dares pucker up for a donation of fifty pence will be rewarded with a smacker from a boil riddled plague victim! With fifteen action packed experiences bringing London’s horrible history to life and featuring some of its most notorious characters from Jack the Ripper to Sweeney Todd – PLUS thrilling rides and a cast of super scary actors – there is plenty to enjoy at the London Dungeon this half term. Vengeance: Taking scare to a whole new level, this technologically groundbreaking 5D ride is a full scale assault on the senses. Set in Victorian times at London’s most haunted address, 50 Berkeley Square, Vengeance takes guests on the ultimate ghost hunt. As a séance spirals out of control, riders will shoot it out against twisted, vengeful spirits whilst completely disorientated in the dark and spinning at high speeds. Titanic Experience Belfast + SS Nomadic Discover what it was like to board the RMS Titanic on her fateful maiden voyage with a visit to Titanic Belfast and the SS Nomadic. The SS Nomadic is located in the Hamilton Dry Dock adjacent to Titanic Belfast. Not only is she famous for being the tender ship to the RMS Titanic, but she also served in World War I and II. Visitors can walk in the footsteps of Titanic Passengers and soldiers and celebrities such as Charlie Chaplin, Elizabeth Taylor, Richard Burton and Marie Curie. Following a stint as a Parisian restaurant and nightclub, the SS Nomadic was restored to her original glory and came back home to Belfast. Visitors can now experience a rich, tangible and authentic piece of Belfast's industrial and maritime heritage. Please note that children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
