This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific tour.
QUESTION: ARE THE EIFFEL TOWER TOURS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Wheelchairs are able to visit the 1st and 2nd levels of the Tower, but unfortunately not the top level.
QUESTION: HOW MANY MINUTES PRIOR TO TOUR TIME SHOULD I MEET?
We request that all guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Due to the exclusive and timed nature of our entries, it's imperative that all guests arrive on time. We do not have the luxury of waiting for guests who are running late, or catching them up after the fact.
QUESTION: WHERE IS THE MEETING POINT?
Please do NOT go to the Eiffel Tower, your tour does NOT meet there. Your tour meeting point depends on the date of your tour. You will meet at our new Easy Pass Tours Office at 36, Avenue de la Bourdonnais (7th District). Our office is about a three-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower.
QUESTION: WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO GET TO THE MEETING POINT BY MÉTRO OR RER?
It takes approximately 10 minutes to walk from the closest Métro (École Militaire, line 8) or RER station (Pont de l'Alma, line C) to the tour meeting point.
QUESTION: HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY TOUR GROUP?
For the Eiffel Tower Tours, we limit the group size to 20 guests per tour guide. The Entrance Only activity doesn't include a tour guide, but you will enter the Tower with others at a predetermined time slot.
Up at The O2 is an exhilarating experience which will take you on an uplifting guided expedition over the roof of The O2 via a fabric walkway.
Suspended 2m above the surface of The O2 arena's tent canvas, the walkway is 52m above ground level and 350m long.
At its steepest point the walkway has an incline of 28° on the way up and 30° on the way back down and has a slight bounce to it to replicate the surface of the tent. There's a hand rail on the walkway and a balustrade on the observation platform.
Before you climb, you'll meet your Climb Guide who'll take you through everything you need to know and give you a climb suit, shoes and a safety harness. You'll then make your way onto the walkway, via a short set of stairs, ready to start your adventure.
There is an observation platform at the summit where you can take in spectacular 360° views of London and its many landmarks. Once on the platform you will be able to move freely to enjoy the views before your descent. At all other times you'll be attached to the climb system on the walkway to keep you safe and your Climb Guide will be nearby to help you and answer any questions.
