El velero de madera sale por la tarde desde el viejo puerto de Fira y de dirige hacia la isla volcánica de Nea Kameni, que se encuentra solo a 10 minutos navegando.  La embarcación permanecerá allí durante 1:15h, la cual cosa le dará un montón de tiempo para caminar por los cráteres y sacar fotos. Vale la pena llegar a la cima y ver los humos que expulsa y el olor intenso a azufre. La siguiente parada se realizará en la isla de Palaia Kameni, donde están situadas las aguas termales. El barco anclará a pocos metros de la bahía de Agios Nikolaos, donde tendrá 30 minutos para darse un baño: podrá nadar a una distancia de 30 metros en los famosos baños de barro de Palaia Kameni, conocidos por sus efectos beneficiosos sobre la piel y diversas enfermedades. La temperatura del agua es de 30 - 35ºC, constantemente mezclada con agua de mar. A continuación, se realizará otra parada en la isla de Thirasia, donde tendrá 2 horas de tiempo libre para nadar en las aguas cristalinas de Korfos o degustar platos típicos de la zona en una de las tabernas más auténticas. Tendrá tiempo para pasear, dar un paseo en burro a los pueblos más cercanos... ¡Realmente, las vistas desde Santorini valen la pena! La excursión llega a su fin cuando se llega a Oía. Durante el paseo en barco hacia el puerto de Oía, navegará debajo los acantilados volcánicos y tendrá la oportunidad de sacar fantásticas fotos. Una vez llegue al puerto, desembarcará y podrá subir las 257 escaleras o subir en burro hasta el autobús que le llevará al pueblo de Oía. Tendrá tiempo libre para caminar por las calles estrechas, sacar fotos, memorizar la belleza del lugar contemplar el famoso atardecer. Cuando todo este termine, el autobús le llevará de regreso a la plaza principal de Fira. The boat departs from the old port of Fira and heads towards the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, which lies just 10 minutes away from the bay of Fira. The boat will remain there for 1 hour 15 mins. This gives you plenty of time to walk up to the volcano’s active craters and take photos- it takes about 20 mins. It is worth reaching the top to experience the smoke evaporating and the sulfur's intense smell, when you scratch the volcano’s surface. The next stop is the island of Palaia Kameni where the Hot Springs are located. The boat anchors a few meters outside the small bay of Agios Nikolaos, it lowers down a ladder in the water and you will have 30 mins for a revitalising swim! You can swim a distance of about 30 meters into the famous mud baths of Palaia Kameni which are believed to have beneficial abilities for skin and other diseases. The water temperature is 30-35 degrees Celsius, but it is constantly mixed with sea water. The island of Thirassia is the next destination of your sailing tour, where you will have 2 hours free time to swim in the crystal waters of Korfos or to taste the local dishes in one of the traditional taverns.You can walk or take a donkey ride to the nearby picturesque village of Manolas with its narrow streets - the view from there to Santorini is definitely worth a visit.  The journey reaches its peak at Oia. During the boat ride to the port of Oia, you will experience sailing near the volcanic cliffs for a chance to capture with your camera the unique landscape. At the port, you will disembark and you will go up the 275 steps or ride a donkey to meet your bus that will take you to the village of Oia. There you will have free time to walk through the narrow streets, take pictures of the mesmerizing scenery and watch the famous sunset. Right after the sunset the bus will take you back to Fira Central Square.
