This is the text for the Frequently Asked Questions that applies to this specific tour. (Q) Do tours run all year round? (A) The River Thames tour is by reservations only. Please check the scheduling info on the tour page. Basically, if you can book it on our website, we're running it. And if not, do consider a private tour - if you have a decent size group (7+) or are willing to pay slightly more for the privilege, we will gladly create a bespoke tour for you at any time of the year. (Q) Where is the meeting point for the tour? (A) The morning and evening tours meet directly outside Southwark Underground Station (Jubilee Line) where you will see your guide with one of our beach cruiser style bikes and holding a sign. (Q) Is the tour difficult? (A) There is a lot more road riding on this tour so you must be confident on a bike. It is not strenuous but is a little bit longer and a touch more intimidating than our Royal London Tour.  (Q) What happens if it rains? (A) We run tours rain or shine and have plenty of rain ponchos. We find tours in the rain to be a different kind of fun and an even more fun memory! If you have a reservation and the weather is really bad, you are welcome to reschedule the tour for any other day for up to year. (Q) Do we stop for lunch? (A) Yes. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays we stop at Borough market, London's oldest and most atmospheric food market, which has a huge selection of food from around the world. There is also the opportunity to have a pint at a pub. On every other day you will have the option of cafes, a fish & chip restaurant or a pub. (Q) Where does the tour end? (A) Both tours finish at the same place they start. (Q) Do we go inside the sites? (A) No, the bike tours are an overview of the sites and more about getting a feel for the city. However, on private tours you can arrange to take extra time at the sites if you'd like to go inside. (Q) Will we be able to take photos? (A) Yes. There will be a chance to take many photos at the designated stops. (Q) Is there a space to store bags or luggage? (A) We do have limited space for luggage to be left in our garage, and you can strap smaller bags to the rack on the back of our bikes.back of our bikes. (Q) Do you provide the bikes? (A) Absolutely. (Q) Can I supply my own bike? (A) You are welcome to bring your own bicycle. Our insurance only covers the theft of our own bicycles, so please do bring your own lock for the lunch stop. (Q) Do you have children's bikes? (A) We do have a limited amount of children's bikes and baby seats. Unfortunately there are no tag-alongs available for this tour. You and your children will need to be comfortable cycling alongside traffic for this tour, so if you are at all unsure about your child's ability to cycle on the roads in London, the Royal London Tour might be the better option for you. Please be sure to specify in the NOTES of your booking. (Q) Can an adult ride on the tandem? (A) No. Our tandems are known as tag-alongs which attach to adult bikes and are designed for children up to about the age of five years old.. (Q) Are helmets provided? (A) Yes. You are not compelled by law to wear helmets in the UK, but we have more than enough for everyone so the choice is entirely yours.

THE BEACH ROUTE - BLUE The Beach Loop will take you from Central Station along the scenic MacArthur Causeway and all the way around the island of Miami Beach. Enjoy the stunning views across the islands and towards the imposing skyline of Downtown from the causeway, then marvel at Washington Avenue, Collins Avenue and Ocean Drive as we drive you alongside the palm trees and show you the best that South Beach has to offer. THE CITY LOOP - RED The City Loop departs from Central Station and takes you to see all the most interesting districts of mainland Miami: Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana and the grandeur of Downtown Miami, Venetian Pool, the Biltmore Hotel, Freedom Tower, the County Courthouse and Vizcaya Museum... all this and more await you as you as you explore the City Loop. Attractions & Museums Loop - Yellow This loop goes to Miami's best museums and attractions, including Seaquarium, Jungle Island, Perez and Frost Museums, and Villa Vizcaya. Yellow Loop buses arrive every 2 hours. All tours depart from Stop #1: Central Station, located in Bayfront Park, just off Biscayne Blvd. The Attractions & Museums Loop features pre-recorded commentary in 12 languages. Biscayne Bay Boat Cruise Combine your bus tour with a scenic boat cruise around Biscayne Bay. The Double Decker yacht provides a brilliant platform to view the Miami Skyline, before you head across the bay towards the beautiful waterfront properties of Millionaires Row. As you cruise past luxury mansions you will get a glimpse into the lifestyle of Miami’s rich and famous. Hop-off the bus at Stop 1 at any time throughout the day to connect with the sightseeing boat cruise. The cruise runs every day at 10:30am, then hourly from 11am until 6pm and lasts for approximately 90 minutes. Vessels may vary in shape and size.  

London Eye At 450ft high, the London Eye is the world's highest observation wheel. 32 Capsules, each carrying 25 guests, take you on a 30 minute journey through the most spectacular views of, over and around London spanning 25 miles in all directions. Combine your experience with the London Eye River Cruise Experience, a 40-minute sightseeing circular cruise on the River Thames, passing the Houses of Parliament, Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral. London Eye 4D Experience The London Eye 4D Experience is a groundbreaking 3D film with in theatre effects, such as wind, bubbles and mist, to make the 4D. The film itself is a touching story of a little girl in London with her father. Her view of famous London landmarks is obscured by people and traffic, but a seagull draws her attention to the London Eye and her father takes her for an experience; finally she has an amazing view of the city. Colourful parties inside the capsule, time lapse of the London Eye day and night and a spectacular firework display all add up to an emotional and entertaining experience; the perfect prelude to an experience on he London Eye itself. Please remember that the boarding procedure for the London Eye takes 30 minutes so you will need to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time. Please take this into consideration when choosing your time. We have timed allocations for every day of the year. You book online direct from our allocations and your booking is therefore immediately confirmed subject only to the authorisation of your credit card charge. If no suitable time is available, you will be given the option of a request booking which will be fulfilled as soon as we are able to get additional space - for which we check with London Eye Administration on a daily basis. The confirmed time of your request booking will be printed on your voucher together with details of how to get to the London Eye. You will need to exchange your voucher and join the boarding procedure at least 30 minutes before your confirmed time. A spectacular day out for all the family! The Museum Tour (Blue Route) In addition to our two popular main tour routes, customers of The Original Tour can enjoy the delights of London's top museum districts relayed to them through the superb digital commentary. Enjoy the many attractions, shops and museums along the Blue route which runs from the British Museum down to Kensington and Knightsbridge for Kensington Palace, Harrods, the V&A, Natural History and Science Museums, whilst listening to an informative and entertaining commentary. Operating in both eastbound and westbound directions, the Purple Route operates more frequently in an eastbound direction, enabling you to join our Yellow sightseeing route at Marble Arch.
