Important information before your arrival at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience London:   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your tickets. Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 18 years or older to play the maze. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.

Sit back and enjoy THE RIDE’s incredible street performances against the backdrop of some of New York City’s most iconic landmarks including Times Square, Columbus Circle, the Chrysler Building, Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park. You’ll explore the city in a completely new way through our floor-to-ceiling glass windows and stadium style seating! You will delight in pop-up presentations along the 4.2-mile route through Midtown and Times Square by THE RIDE’s talented ensemble of actors, singers, dancers, and instrumentalists. THE RIDE is one of the best ways to tour New York City and whether you’re new to the city or a long-time native, you’ll find New York City eternally fresh aboard THE RIDE. Our performers blend with the street life to become a part of THE RIDE, showing guests an experience they cannot get anywhere else! You won’t be able to tell where the New York City streets begin and the show ends! Important Information: THE RIDE is 75 minutes long, unless otherwise pre-determined. THE RIDE is for children ages 6 and up. Children under 6 years of age will not be permitted on the bus. Food and drink are prohibited on THE RIDE. There is no restroom on the bus. Please make sure to use the restroom before boarding There is no access to a restroom during THE RIDE. All patrons must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled performance time. Patrons that arrived after THE RIDE has started will not be permitted to board THE RIDE. THE RIDE is not wheelchair accessible and you will have to ascend stairs to enter. Gulliver's Gate Duration: There’s a lot you’ll want to see at Gulliver’s Gate and we want your guests to take their time enjoying our miniatures. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket.

Three hours are spent exploring 12-miles of history, beauty and wonder as you glide through the Black Canyon National Water Trail, with walls that in some places tower 2,000 feet above the river’s edge. Experience the waterfalls, hot springs and other geological wonders, the Desert Big Horn sheep, Osprey, Great Blue Heron and so much more. This trip is fully narrated by experienced, knowledgeable guides who offer incredible knowledge of the history of the Hoover Dam and the Black Canyon National Water trail. Lunch is included in a take-home, insulated souvenir bag. A refreshing stop along the way at a side beach will give you the opportunity to stretch your legs and to swim or play in the cool clear water of the Colorado River. Unseen Oceans: March 12, 2018–January 6, 2019 Oceans explores our blue planet’s defining feature—the world ocean—as revealed through 21st-century technology. Visitors to the exhibition will meet the elusive giants of the sea, including whales, sharks, giant squid; sink beneath the waves in a virtual submersible theater; and marvel at the vivid fluorescence displayed by marine creatures but invisible to us . . . until now. And they’ll leave with a deeper awareness that the future of the planet depends on the future of the ocean. The Butterfly Conservatory (October 7th, 2017 - May 29th, 2019) This exhibition, an annual favorite, features up to 500 live, free-flying tropical butterflies from the Americas, Africa, and Asia. The butterflies are housed in a vivarium that approximates their natural habitat, includes live flowering plants that serve as nectar sources, and features controlled artificial light, temperature, and humidity. T. rex: The Ultimate Predator: (March 11, 2019 - June 16th, 2019) This exhibition will focus on the on the genus of dinosaurs known as tyrannosaurs. The exhibition will explore how these mega-predators came to be, with an emphasis on the most famous and impressive member of the family, Tyrannosaurus rex. Updated Climate Change Exhibit Understand one of the most urgent scientific issues of our time. explore how climate change is affecting the world today as well as what might happen in the future if the current course continues.
