Ein glänzendes Strohgelb mit silbrig-grünlichen Reflexen erzeugt in der Nase ein verführerisches, fruchtig aromatisches und eine Spur grasiges Bouquet von Stachelbeeren, Zitrusfrüchten Pampelmusen, Mandarinen , etwas Ananas, weissen Nektarinen, Obstblüten und feinen Kräutern. Am Gaumen ist der Wein sehr saftig, frisch und lebendig mit guter Fülle, üppiger Frucht und rassiger Säure, perfekt ausgewogen, mit schöner aromatischer Länge ein saftig frischer, eleganter Wein, der sofort Lust auf mehr macht Passt zu frischen Krabben, Muscheln, Fisch, leichten Reis- und Nudelgerichten mit Hühnchen und Frühlingsgemüse, Paella mit Meeresfrüchten.
