Die drei Rebsorten des Le Maestrelle reifen in verschiedenen Perioden und werden getrennt fermentiert, um das volle Aroma, eine geschmeidige Struktur sowie zarte Tannine herauszuarbeiten. 15 Monate im Barrique gereift, zeigt er Noten von Beerenfrüchten, Vanille und Minze, ist ausgewogen und besticht durch ein komplexes Finish.

Der Wein ist gekennzeichnet durch seine leuchtende strohgelbe Farbe. Im Bukett entfalten sich die Grünnoten der Rebsorte. Er ist trocken und frisch und hinterlässt eine ausgeprägte volle Würze am Gaumen. Passtzu :gegrilltem Fisch, Muscheln und exotischen Früchten.
