Dieser reinsortige Sauvignon Blanc besticht durch seinen aromatischen Duft, der an Kräuter, Stachelbeeren, grüne Feigen und Spargel erinnert. Am Gaumen spielt die saftige, präsente Säure mit der frischen Aromatik verschiedener Kräuter, Paprika und dezenter Blütenaromatik. Ein sortentypischer Sauvignon mit viel Schmelz, Eleganz und feiner Mineralität.

Tintendunkle, tief purpurrote Farbe, fast schwarz. Klassisches Dry-Creek-Zinfandel-Bouquet mit kraftvollen Aromen von saftigen Schwarzkirschen, Kirschlikör und süss gereiften dunklen Beeren, Kaffee, Karamell, Backkakao und Zartbitterschokolade. Auch am Gaumen viel süsse Frucht mit feinen Noten von eingelegten Kirschen, Rauch und Vanille, das Tannin ist spürbar dicht, doch samtweich gereift, das Finale lang, mit schöner Säure- Süsse-Balance und lebhaft fruchtigem Nachhall.
