Explore the magic, beauty and wonder of San Francisco Bay at Aquarium of the Bay.  Your visit will take you through three main exhibit areas that display the amazing riches that lie beneath the surface of the San Francisco Bay and surrounding waters.  Aquarium of the Bay partners with The Bay Institute to protect, restore and inspire the conservation of San Francisco Bay and its watershed, from the Sierra to the sea. Their passion and their work are locally-focused, but have a broad impact that touches upon every major challenge facing our global environment. They focus on water, beginning at the heart—the very depths—of San Francisco Bay.  The facility boasts 300 feet of crystal clear acrylic tunnels holding 700,000 gallons of carefully maintained bay water that sustains approximately 20,000 animals, from octopuses to eight-foot native, sevengill sharks.  Visitors are also treated to mesmerising walls of jellies and a chance to touch bat rays, skates and “splash zone" animals. In their fifteen year history, over seven million guests, including more than 100,000 school children, have visited the Aquarium.   Anyone yearning to geek out inside a multimillion-dollar science museum with the added bonus of booze should head to Golden Gate Park on Thursdays for Nightlife at the California Academy of Sciences. Since 2009, the Academy has stayed open late once a week to give the 21+ crowd full run of the place, with an ever-changing series of themed events and several temporary bars spread throughout the gigantic building. Entertainment / Music Multiple DJs and/or live bands performing in a variety of styles tied to the night’s theme, from house to swing to everything else under the sun. One hundred thousand square-foot museum packed with incredible exhibits, aquariums, a replica of a rain forest, and the largest all-digital projection screen on the planet in the planetarium. The boat departs from the old port of Fira and heads towards the volcanic island of Nea Kameni, which lies just 10 minutes away from the bay of Fira. The boat will remain there for 1 hour 15 mins. This gives you plenty of time to walk up to the volcano’s active craters and take photos- it takes about 20 mins. It is worth reaching the top to experience the smoke evaporating and the sulfur's intense smell, when you scratch the volcano’s surface. The next stop is the island of Palaia Kameni where the Hot Springs are located. The boat anchors a few meters outside the small bay of Agios Nikolaos, it lowers down a ladder in the water and you will have 30 mins for a revitalising swim! You can swim a distance of about 30 meters into the famous mud baths of Palaia Kameni which are believed to have beneficial abilities for skin and other diseases. The water temperature is 30-35 degrees Celsius, but it is constantly mixed with sea water. The island of Thirassia is the next destination of your sailing tour, where you will have 2 hours free time to swim in the crystal waters of Korfos or to taste the local dishes in one of the traditional taverns.You can walk or take a donkey ride to the nearby picturesque village of Manolas with its narrow streets - the view from there to Santorini is definitely worth a visit.  The journey reaches its peak at Oia. During the boat ride to the port of Oia, you will experience sailing near the volcanic cliffs for a chance to capture with your camera the unique landscape. At the port, you will disembark and you will go up the 275 steps or ride a donkey to meet your bus that will take you to the village ofOia. There you will have free time to walk through the narrow streets, take pictures of the mesmerizing scenery and watch the famous sunset. Right after the sunset the bus will take you back to Fira Central Square. You should bring with you: Comfortable shoes (sport shoes/rubber sole) Light summer clothes (shorts/T-shirts) Sunblock cream and hat  Bathing suit and towel A jacket for the evening (it gets breezy) Cash for the entrance fees to the volcano, the drinks on board and the cable car or donkey ride

La Mezquita de El Cristo de la Luz, la antigua Mezquita Bib-al-Mardum, o Mezquita de Valmardón, la vida de este edificio como mezquita finalizó en 1186, auténtico reflejo de la arquitectura califal. El tour continúa con la visita al interior de la Catedral. Su arquitectura muestra todas las etapas del gótico español y su interior alberga un gran número de obras de arte (vidrieras, el coro, el altar mayor, diversas capillas, cuadros de El Greco, etc). Continuamos con la Iglesia de Santo Tomé, que es el hogar de la obra maestra de El Greco, El entierro del Señor de Orgaz. A continuación visitaremos la Sinagoga de Santa María la Blanca. Finalizaremos nuestro recorrido por Toledo asistiendo a una demostración de la milenaria técnica del Damasquinado (incrustación de metales preciosos en piezas de acero) y realizando una visita panorámica de Toledo, disfrutando de sus inolvidables vistas desde el Mirador. Después de pasar la mañana en Toledo, sobre las 14:30 emprenderemos camino a Madrid, haciendo parada en Bargas, donde se ubica la Finca Loranque, donde visitaremos sus bodegas y al finalizar la visita tendremos la posibilidad de catar algunos de sus vinos.

November Die königliche Sammlung umfasst Arbeiten von Venedigs berühmtesten Maler Canaletto (1697-1768). Diese Werke kaufte der junge König George III 1762 von Canalettos Agenten Joseph Smith, dem britischer Konsul in Venedig. Die Ausstellung präsentiert eine spektakuläre Auswahl venezianischer Kunst des 18. Jahrhunderts. Canalettos größte Werke werden neben Gemälden und Arbeiten auf Papier von Sebastiano und Marco Ricci, Francesco Zuccarelli, Rosalba Carriera, Pietro Longhi und Giovanni Battista Piazzetta gezeigt. Die Ausstellung Einblicke in die Höhepunkte des 18. Jahrhunderts in Venedig.
