Enjoy 30 minutes in the waist high water where you will be able to kiss, hug, touch, pet, dance and play with one of our dolphins and watch some high energy behaviours.  Please note: If  the time slot you selected is not available, you will be scheduled to the nearest slot available 1 hour +/-. Atlantis Dolphin Encounter programme operates in pods of up to 10 people.  Anyone can participate in this programme regardless of the age but please note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult participant. This interaction is limited to just 10 guests per dolphin. The full programme includes check-in and changing time for you to be fitted with one of our wetsuits, and then a 15 minute orientation and safety briefing before you head out to meet the dolphins with our trainers.  Please allow yourself up to an hour and a half for the full experience. A photographer will take photos throughout the program and they’re available to purchase after the interaction from the boutique.   If you have anybody in the group who would prefer to watch while the other group members participate, Beach Observer Passes are available for them to watch the programme from the beach and take photos.  For the privacy of all of guests, unless you have reserved a private lagoon, we do not permit any filming or recording of any interactions. Each booking also includes same day access to Aquaventure Waterpark.

Your return train ticket from Paris-Caen is NOT included.  You should aim to arrive at Caen railway station by 09:00 on weekdays, 10:00 on Saturdays and 11:00 Sundays **. You will be picked up by your guide from your arrival at the MAINLINE RAILWAY STATION in Caen:  Please note that your guide will be waiting in the main hall of the Caen Railway Station.Follow the signs ‘SORTIE Place de la Gare’ to go to the main hall. Your guide will be near the ‘Point de Rencontre’ sign and will have a board marked Memorial de Caen.   You will be dropped off at the station at around 18:30 from October to March and at around 19:30 from April to September to connect with trains back to Paris.   Practical information: please wear appropriate shoes and clothes. It can be windy along the beaches and temperatures can be cool even during the summer.   Sunday D-DAY TOUR information: Please note that from 28th January to 31st March and 1st October to 31st December, on Sundays the guided visit of the Memorial de Caen Museum will last 30 minutes. This is due to the fact that on Sundays during this period, the earliest train from Paris arrives at Caen around 11:00 and the departure of the guided tour of the D-DAY landing sites is at 13:00. The Palace is perhaps best known as the home of Mary, Queen of Scots, and as the setting for many of the dramatic episodes in her turbulent reign. Mary was married at Holyroodhouse and witnessed the brutal killing of her secretary Rizzio by her jealous second husband, Lord Darnley, in her private apartments. The Palace briefly served as the headquarters of Bonnie Prince Charlie during the 1745 uprising. Today the State Apartments are used regularly by The Queen and other members of the Royal Family for State ceremonies and official entertaining. What there is to see: The State Apartments reflect the changing tastes of successive monarchs and are renowned for their fine plasterwork ceilings and magnificent furnishings, particularly the unrivalled collection of Brussels tapestries.  One of the most famous rooms in the Palace is the Great Gallery, hung with  Jacob de Wet's portraits of the real and legendary kings of Scotland. Included on the visit, a display focuses on the Order of the Thistle, the highest honour in Scotland.  The Order honours Scottish men and women who have held public office or who have contributed in a particular way to national life. Shown alongside historic insignia is an example of the mantle worn at the Thistle ceremony at St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh, which The Queen attends during her visit to the Palace in July. From 1 April to 31 October the gardens, which are today used for garden parties, can be included as part of a visit to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Visitors to the gardens must keep to the paths, which are about 400 yards long.
