Der Wein überzeugt durch intensive Aromen von schwarzem Tee, Kirschen und Nuancen von Schokolade und Gewürzen. Der Geschmack ist vielschichtig mit gut integrierten, präsenten Tanninen. Passt zu Speisen mit dunklem Fleisch, z.B. Rinderfilet gebraten mit Pfifferlingen und Rotweinbutter und feinen Wildgeflügel.

Feines Kirschrot, Kirsche und rote Beeren, etwas erdig, klassisches Pinot Bouquet, ausgesprochene Balance zwischen reifen Tanninen und eleganter, kräftiger Frucht, seidige, jugendliche Textur mittleren Körpers.
