As a working distillery, visitors must wear sensible footwear on the distillery tour (no high heels or open toed shoes permitted). Unfortunately, dogs (except assistance dogs) are not permitted in the visitor centre or distillery. Minimum drinking age 18 years.  Children must be accompanied by an adult. Take time to explore the heritage centre and enjoy a dram in the whisky lounge (over 18s only!).

Ein dunkel glänzendes Kirschrot erzeugt in der Nase ein exquisites, aromatisch fruchtbetontes Bouquet von saftig gereiften Himbeeren und Quittengelee unterlegt mit nur sehr zarten Anklängen der französischen Eiche wie frisch geröstetes Brot, Vanille . Am Gaumen ist der Rotwein samtweich, saftig und harmonisch ausgewogen mit der feinen Frucht des Bouquets und einem Hauch von Süsse im Finale. Passt zu spanischen Tapas, gemischten Antipasti, Wurst, Schinken und vielen Gemüse- oder Nudelgerichten. Zutaten: alkoholfreier Wein aus Syrah Trauben, Konservierungsstoff E-242 und Schwefeldioxid Nährwertangaben pro 100ml: Energiewert 84KJ - 20Kcal, Fett 0g, Kohlenhydrate: 2,8g, davon Zucker 2,8g, Ballaststoffe 0g, Eiweiss 0g, Salz 0g, Lagerungshinweis: An einem kühlen und trockenne Ort fern von direktem Licht aufbewahren. Zusatzinformation: Nach dem Öffnen im Kühlschrank aufbewahren und innerhalb von fünf Tagen konsumieren.

Dieser zu gleichen Teilen im grossen Holzfass und im Barrique gereifte Pinot Noir präsentiert sich mit einem intensiven Bouquet von Himbeeren und Walderdbeeren, ergänzt durch zarte Röst- und Kirscharomen im Geschmack. Ein sehr eleganter Wein. Passt zu Fisch mit rotem Fleisch, Pasta mit Tomatensauce und Geflügel.

Im Glas zeigt er sich in einem satten Rubinrot mit Purpurnen Reflexen. In die Nase Düfte von kleinen roten Beerenfrüchten wie Brombeere, Johannisbeere, Himbeere und Erdbeere. Im Abgang deutlich fruchtbetont, lang und harmonisch. Passt zu: Nudelgerichten wie Parpadelle mit Fleischsosse, aber auch zu Brathähnchen oder Geschnetzeltem und mittelreifem Käse.
