Der Pommard überzeugt durch sein verschwenderisches Bouquet nach Schwarzkirschen und roten Johannisbeeren. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein dicht, harmonisch und mit ausgeprägter Pinot-Frucht, mit Anklängen von Tabak und Gewürzen. Ein klassischer Pommard, der erst am Beginn seiner Entwicklung steht. Passt zu Speisen mit dunklem Fleisch, z.B. gebratenem Rehrücken, Roastbeef, feinem Wildgeflügel oder gegrilltem Gemüse mitkräftigen Saucen.

Am Gaumen ist er sehr frisch und elegant. Ein langer und köstlicher Chardonnay. Passt zu: gebratenen Fischgerichten, z.B. gebratener Dorade royal mit gegrilltem Gemüse und karamelisierten Äpfeln, gegrillten Krustentieren und cremigen Weichkäse.
