Dieser reinsortige, leichte Viura ist ein geradezu idealer Sommerwein. Mit Anklängen von Pfirsich, Mango, grünem Apfel und einem Touch Limette überzeugt er durch seine delikate Frucht und die lebendige Frische. Am Gaumen ist er wunderbar zart, sehr rein, mit einem fruchtig-frischen Nachhall. Passt zu: sommerlich leichten Speisen, frischen Blattsalaten mit Fruchttopping und Risotto.

Leuchtendes Rubinrot, duftet opulent nach Schwarzkirsche und Brombeere, Vanille und gerösteten Haselnüssen. Pikante Frucht, samtige Fülle, harmonische Struktur, rund und saftig. Passt zu: Bündnerfleisch, Wildpasteten, Entenbrust und reifem Reblochon.

In einem blassgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen ergibt sich in der Nase ein frisches aromatisches Bouquet von weissen Blüten und Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen erscheint der Wein herzhaft und vollmundig mit schöner Frische im Finale.
