Day 1 You leave Edinburgh and head north across the River Forth towards the Highlands. You make a short stop in one of the quintessential Scottish towns bordering the highland fault line, before crossing into the Cairngorms National Park. There are numerous options on route including a famous whisky distillery, stunning caledonian forest walks, ancient standing stones, world-changing battlefields, and beautiful lochs. What you do today will be decided by your group and the ever- changing Scottish climate. Ample time for lunch will be given en route. You then continue north and arrive in Inverness, where you’re dropped off at your accommodation. The evening is free for you to explore the capital of the Highlands. Day 2 After a leisurely breakfast you’re picked up from your accommodation and taken into the surrounding countryside. You travel to Loch Ness where you have the chance to take a boat trip along the loch or stay on shore and visit the impressive ruins of Urquhart castle overlooking the loch. Our journey continues south through the Great Glen past Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in UK and Fort William. You stop for lunch along the way before arriving in Glencoe. The return journey continues over the wild and remote Rannoch Moor and into the lowland scenery around Stirling, before finally reaching our starting point of Edinburgh.

Ten languages: Brazilian Portuguese (new), English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin (new) Polish, Russian and Spanish. We also have a family audio guide in English.   Accessibility Parking – Albert Dock has a number of car parks on site and has in total eight accessible car parking bays, with three available in car park A, near to the estate’s main entrance and five in car park B opposite The Beatles Story and Premier Inn hotel. Wheelchairs – The exhibition is fully wheelchair accessible. Due to fire evacuation procedures, we can only admit three wheelchairs on site at any one time. We have a standard wheelchair available which can either be booked in advance by telephoning +44 (0) 151 709 1963 or borrowed on the day by asking a member of staff at the main entrance (subject to availability on the day). Lifts – We have two accessible lifts: One situated at our main entrance (accompanied with audio announcements) and one located in our Fab4 Store going down to the Fab4 Cafe. Toilets – Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available within the exhibition and also in the Fab4 Cafe area. Please see a member of staff for assistance. Induction Loops – Induction loops are available to use with our audio guides. Please see a member of staff when picking up your audio guide. Large Print Gallery Books – We have large print transcripts available in all 10 languages offered on our audio guide, which are available at our Admissions desk. Please ask a member of staff for more details. Guide Dogs – Guide dogs are welcome. Sign Language – Should you require sign language assistance, please contact us on +44 (0) 151 709 1963 and we will check staff availability to ensure that help is on hand during your day of visit. Cloakroom – Our cloakroom allows guests to store coats, prams/buggies and suitcases. Fab4 Cafe – The Fab4 Cafe is located on basement level and is accessible via the exhibition and our Fab4 Store. The Fab4 Cafe is partially self-served – however, assistance is available if required. 

Comfortable shoes are recommended. Free tickets for disabled visitors and for accompanying persons may not be booked online. The free tickets are issued at the "Special Permits" desk or "Reception", situated in the entrance hall to the Vatican Museums. Entrance into the Vatican is subject to a strict dress code. Shoulders and knees must be covered. No low-cut or sleeveless tops or shorts will be not permitted for men and women. Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted to enter the Vatican. The local tour provider cannot be held responsible for entry denied due to improper dress. Large handbags, haversacks etc. are not permitted inside the museum. Take your time exploring the interesting habitats and heritage of our animals. Talk to our experts about what it’s like to care for these amazing animals and how our population of lemurs, zebra, watusi, bobcat, sloth, and other exotic animals has grown over the past year. There’s something for every member of your family at our Gator and Wildlife Park. Kids will love feeding and learning more about baby animals in our Petting Zoo. Moms and Dads can rest easy knowing that there is a covered playground for kids to run around when they need to let off some energy. Grandma, Grandpa, and the whole extended family will love exploring our Hawk Swamp where owls often roost in the coolness of the cypress tree-canopied boardwalk. Admission to the Gator and Wildlife Park is free with the purchase of an Airboat Tour, but the Gator and Wildlife Park admission can be purchased separately if you want to spend as much time as you can exploring the animals up close.
