Das Aroma besteht aus einem sehr frischen, deutlich fruchtbetonten Bouquet von weissem Pfirsich, Nektarinen, Zitrusfrüchten, auch leicht exotischen Noten wie z.B. Ananas sowie Melone, und feinen Anklängen von weissen Blüten vor zarten Röstaromen und einem Hauch von Seeluft. Am Gaumen kristallklar mit knackig frischer Säure, leicht, aber kraftvoll und lebendig mit sehr schöner Länge im Finale mit herbfruchtigem Nachhall von Grapefruit und Zitrone. Passt zu feinen Fischgerichten, frischen oder gratinierten Austern, Langusten, Muscheln in Sahnesauce, Meeresfrüchtesalaten oder Ziegenkäse.

In einem klaren, glänzenden Strohgelb um spielt die Nase ein blumiges, leicht balsamisches Bouquet von Fenchelsamen, Rosen, Geissblatt, Birnen und Anis.
