Empire State Building Observatory Advice for Visitors: Observatory is open until 2am every night for spectacular skyline and nighttime views. Average general admission ticket travel time from upon entering security, through our two exhibits, to the 86th floor Observation Deck. Updated every 2 minutes. ​Best time to visit: For more space and less wait, visit between 8AM and 10AM or after 10PM. Visitors with tickets purchased online will go with their voucher directly to the ticket window after the security check. ​The Observatory is wheelchair accessible. Accessibility: The Empire State Building is fully ADA compliant. We have handicapped restrooms on the 86th Floor Observatory and also have lowered viewing walls and binoculars. Service dogs are allowed throughout the building. Motorized and non-motorized wheelchairs are permitted. The 86th Floor has ramps to make getting around easier and lowered viewing walls so that visitors in chairs can still take in the view. The Empire State Building Observatory requires hardcopy (printed) versions of the tickets you receive from us to enter. If you are unable to print your tickets prior to your arrival, and you have the confirmation email with the link to your tickets on your mobile device, you can usually have them printed for a small fee at the Fedex Kinko's located on the Lobby level of the Empire State Building near the corner of W. 33rd St and 5th Avenue (350 5th Ave, New York, NY 10118). Top Deck: 102nd Floor - For an additional charge. Gulliver's Gate Duration: There’s a lot you’ll want to see at Gulliver’s Gate and we want your guests to take their time enjoying our miniatures. A typical visit is 1.5 to 2 hours but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like! Inclusions: Your ticket includes general admission, a lanyard & key that will allow you to interact with our models (i.e. turn on lights, move cars within our models, etc.), and a complimentary map. Guests have 6 months from the date of purchase to redeem their ticket.

Three hours are spent exploring 12-miles of history, beauty and wonder as you glide through the Black Canyon National Water Trail, with walls that in some places tower 2,000 feet above the river’s edge. This trip is fully narrated by experienced, knowledgeable guides who offer incredible knowledge of the history of the Hoover Dam and the Black Canyon National Water trail. A refreshing stop along the way at a side beach will give you the opportunity to stretch your legs and to swim or play in the cool clear water of the Colorado River. Important information before your arrival at The Crystal Maze LIVE Experience Manchester:   Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the time shown on your tickets. Latecomers may not be admitted to the attraction. Your ticket is non refundable, non exchangable and non-transferrable. For the safety of all visitors, The Experience reserves the right refuse admission, or may on occasion conduct security searches. The Experience reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or part of the show due to circumstance beyond their reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. Visitors will not be allowed to join The Experience without a ticket, please ensure you have this ticket on either a phone or print out on the day of your visit. No filming or photography is allowed in the maze. Phones are not allowed in the maze. You must be 13 years old and above 1.2meters in height to play the maze. All 13 -17 year olds must be accompanied by a playing and paying adults. If you have a disability or a pre existing injury please contact the guest services team prior to your visit. Pregnancy strictly prohibits participation or entrance to the maze. Open-toed shoes or high heels are not permitted. Trainers or pumps are recommended. Alcohol must not be consumed prior to the maze experience. If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol you will not be permitted to the maze.
