Camine por más de los 80 km de senderos a pie durante el verano o en raquetas de nieve o esquís durante el invierno. En el restaurante Peaks vivirá una experiencia culinaria en las nubes. Vistas espectaculares combinadas con deliciosa comida le proporcionan la experiencia perfecta. A parte de este restaurante, también encontrará el café Pines, un restaurante al estilo de una cafetería. Los dos locales están abiertos a la hora de comer y cenar. En la zona, también encontrará el Lookout Lunge, un bar de cócteles que ofrece una gran variedad de bebidas alcohólicas y aperitivos. Otra de las cosas que encontrará en la estación de montaña son plataformas de observación, un pequeño museo de historia natural, dos teatros con películas sobre el parque estatal, una tienda de recuerdos y más de 80 km de caminos. Excursionismo El Parque Estatal Monte San Jacinto ofrece 90km de senderos ubicados en un área virgen de 5660 hectáreas, de las últimas en California. Saliendo de la estación de tranvía de montaña y descendiendo por un sendero de aproximadamente 4km se accede a todos los senderos hasta Long Valley. En Long Valley hay mesas de picnic, agua, estación de guardabosques, inodoros y algunos senderos fáciles. Winter Adventure Center El Adventure Centre cuenta con equipos de esquí de fondo y raquetas de nieve disponibles para alquilar. El centro es estacional, por favor revise las fechas de la temporada. Paseos guiados por la naturaleza Los paseos guiados por la naturaleza, que están disponibles en los meses de verano, son una manera maravillosa de aprender sobre el entorno natural en la cima del tranvía. Historical Sites Stone Fort – Dun Formna, built near the highest point on the island, contains O’Brien’s Castle within it’s wall Churches – Cill Gobnait, Cill na n-Seacht Inion and St. Caomhan (St.Kevin’s) Church, the latter is a spectacular ruin, located in the graveyard on Inis Oirr. Over the years, sand has been blown in and around the church to make it appear as if it has sunk into the ground. Recent History – The Plassey Shipwreck is a famous landmark on Inis Oirr, she wrecked here in March 1960. Read more about in in our Blog. A unique experience where you will discover how talented these energetic mammals are in and out of the water! On 26th of November four specimens of bottlenose dolphins arrived to Lanzarote, from Duisburg and Nuremberg (Germany), which were successfully transported in a specially equipped transport airplane in the company of a team of veterinarians, biologists and caregivers. Their acclimatisation to the new facilities built for them is satisfactory in every way. Their health is optimum, they feed normally and thoroughly enjoy the seven million litres of seawater that fill the spacious and deep pools of their new home. Conditions: Adults and children must be 8+ years old and 1.10+ meters high. Each child from 8 to 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18+), who also participates and pays for the interaction.  The groups are limited to 12 people to secure maximum enjoyment! Participants must bring a swimsuit and towel, the use of sun tan cream is not permitted. Participants must remove all jewellery prior to entering the water. We will begin with a sightseeing tour of Madrid described on the program and will continue with the visit of the Royal Palace. Itinerary: Start the tour from Julia Travel office where we take our coach and head to the Plaza de Oriente, then we will arrive at the Debod Temple of must where we will stop for a walk and taking some pictures accompanied by our guide. After this visit we will return to our coach to head towards the Plaza Mayor where we make a new stop and we will be able to visit la Plaza de Villa and Puerta del Sol We will return to the coach to continue our visit Carrera de San Jerónimo Street, Las Cortes (Spanish Parliament), Neptuno’s Square (Famous artistic fountain), Paseo Del Prado (Walk of Art: Thyssen, Prado & Reina Sofía Museums), Atocha Railway Station, Royal Botanic Gardens of Madrid, Cibeles Square (Famous artistic fountain), Alcalá Street, Alcalá’s Gate, Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas (Bullring) where we will make our last stop. To conclude we will return to the coach and end up seeing Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (Home of Real Madrid CF), Paseo de la Castellana Street, Plaza de Colón (Columbus Square), National Library, Gran Vía Street, Plaza de España, Plaza de Oriente (end of the tour). We will make convenient stops for walking and taking pictures at Plaza Mayor, Templo de Debod and Las Ventas Bullring, if the weather permits and always accompanied by our guide. The Royal Palace was built in the XVIII century upon the ancient Baroque Italian style fortress of the Habsburg. It is one of the most beautiful and best preserved palaces in Europe and a symbol of the permanence and consolidation of Madrid as the capital of the Kingdom. The Palace was the official residence of the Spanish Monarchy from 1765 to 1931. To date, the most stunning receptions of the Spanish Crown are celebrated here: audiences, dinner parties, signature of agreements and the traditional ceremony of presentation of Credential Letters from foreign ambassadors to His Majesty the King. We will visit the Armory Square (exterior of the palace), the Grand Staircase, the King Charles III’s Apartments, the Queen’s Apartments, the Banqueting Hall, the Royal Chapel and the Throne Room and the Crown Room.
